He was very responsive to calls & texts, and thorough in his work. Turned out, I purchased a piece of junk for a water softener. So I had to call him back to fix a leak in the system. He was at my home within a half hour and valiantly tried to work with the new water softener without success. The new water softener is uninstalled and no more leaks. I will be returning the water softener and purchasing one that he recommends, which he will install. Sir Fix A Lot is a prince among all tradesmen.

David came out on a Thursday back in '23 for a follow-up and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and confirm that the new system- from the pipes to the additional components installed earlier that summer were operating properly. By late August of that year, we saw major progress and the sulfur smell was completely gone. We signed up for a maintenance plan because we want continued oversight to ensure everything stays in excellent condition. I told him we were not overloading the circuit since we had moved several things off that circuit onto the two dedicated lines which he had installed. I asked if this was a fire hazard and he said no, just keep unplugging things. I week later we discovered an outlet in my daughter's room that was not working. I called Thornton Electric again and they said they would send someone out and call before they came. They never did and a week later our house burned to the ground. We lost everything and this man has not been held accountable for anything.
