Months of messages, delays, being passed between people, and trying to get them to simply honor the warranty and provide me with a fully working hot tub. Part of the repair was eventually completed, but the remaining issue has still not been resolved. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. Based on my experience, Backyard Superstore has failed to do that. Buyer beware. I would not recommend doing business with this company. This review will remain up for as long as I am left without a fully working hot tub. If they honor their warranty and make this right, I will gladly update the review to reflect that.
