The second shows the beautiful work Custom pool is delivered. I have MS and they were so considerate of my needs. When they rebuilt the stairs, they actually made it where it was more accessible for me, including a step up on the other side of the pool in case I got stuck.. It's been a month since completion, and they still check in to make sure everything looks good and is working well. With Bob's keen insight, he helped us design a renovation that included a new beach entry, swim out shelf, new lighting and water feature, resurfacing, and more. I wish I could leave 0 stars, because that is what this place deserves. Jeff, the owner, argues and yells at his customers. Their delivery team was two guys in a U-Haul who didn't shut off our water and proceeded to over-tighten a valve until it broke. Water started pouring everywhere onto our garage floor and drywall. The delivery-men took no responsibility for the damage they caused and advised to call a plumber. We will be taking Jeff and this appliance direct facility to small claims for the damages they caused and refuse to pay for. Jeff says he is prepared for legal action and refused to speak without yelling and arguing with his customers who just spent $1,600 at his business. My Wife and I were so disgusted with his behavior that we requested the deal be cancelled and he pick up the units, as we did not want to do business with him anymore. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. We are stuck with the units, after their unprofessional joke of an owner, Jeff, hung up with us and refuses to do the right thing. Due to age the pool and a leak in one feature that threw dirt into the pool, I asked them to come back and redo the pool and pavers and fix the issue. The result took a little longer than expected but totally exceeded my expectations. Hermann, Lowell and Rafa did an amazing job on the pool and water features and Phil Barnes stripped and resealed the pavers which brought them back to the look when they were first installed. I recommend this company to anyone needing pool service.
