Dr. Alan, for example, got me through freshman year conceptual physics and taught me different strategies for solving problems as my math courses in school became more complex. Sean and Kate have taught me to improve my writing style and utilization of rhetorical strategies as well. No matter how nice or persuasive the owner of the business is (and believe me she is very persuasive), do not provide your credit card information. Once you do, they will charge your credit card even if you tell them to stop charging. This is exactly what happened to me. I'm sorry that I have to post this negative report. I am not one to do this type of thing, but in this case, I believe I was really treated badly and unfairly. I normally assume positive intent when I deal with people or with businesses, that's what I did this time too. But unfortunately, my assumption was wrong about Professional Tutoring LLC. They say that the breaks use both sides of the brain-- this is probably not a big deal but still a creative idea. + Someone will answer the phone even in off hours. - I am not totally sure how science proven the teachings are. I know that they only compare the kid's test at the beginning to test at the end, and that it's not a test that is credentialed for any kind of learning organization. For this reason I find it hard to assume that going to a learning rx would help a kid advance in class. It's not normal tutoring it is truly "brain training". - Sometimes communication is poor with scheduling. Have to ask several times and get things in writing to change/cancel/add a class.
