Here are some of the things that really made them stand out compared to my past experiences with other auto-detailers: 1) They worked around my busy schedule and came to me, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. 2) They got stains out of my upholstery that I thought would be there forever. Contacted Elite Pro Cleaners via Yelp. A date was agreed on to get my truck detailed. When the day came they didn't show up. I tr to contact them through Yelp and then I called them and left a message. This was after I waited 2 hours after the appointment time. They later responded through Yelp and stated that they thought the agreement was for a week later and they had an emergency come up. When I looked back at our conversation it was clear that they were supposed to be here. We agreed to keep the week later date which is today. Jonathan did a great job on an old beat-to-hell Tundra I just bought. The previous owner was a house painter and used it as a work truck. The inside was horrendous before Jonathan came over and worked his tail off. The truck now looks great on the inside for a 16 yr old vehicle that was never cleaned.
