I did not end up using this place. They could be great but I canceled due to cost. I was quoted $100 for a very specific small job and when I booked I got a text later stating they have a shop minimum per hour cost of $130. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost. read more

I would have loved to have had my vehicle detailed by this company, however mismanagement and miscommunication prevented me from being able to do so. I used their website to request a quote. Once submitted, Blake from Drop reached out to me with an explanation and cost breakdown of their services. After confirming the services I would like we got a date and time setup for the service. Or so I thought. I arrived on the day at the agreed upon time and when I went to checkin my vehicle, I was told they didn't have an appointment for me. But for another person getting the same service but with a different name. The employee who was originally helping me at the reception desk went to grab the phone that had been used to communicate with me. After reading through our correspondence he realized that I should have an appointment and went to grab their boss. The boss came to the desk and apologized for not getting me onto the schedule after our communication. It was a bit disappointing as I had to make arrangements to make this work with my job, but I understand that these things happen. So I let them know I would reach out to them with when I could find time for a second appointment. Then about 3 minutes after I leave while I am on my way to work, I get a text from Blake asking me to confirm my appointment or let them know so they could make arrangements. I was very confused so I responded and said I had just been told I was not scheduled for an appointment while I was at the shop. Then about an hour after my response I get a text back saying they were trying to make things right despite their mistake. I was taken aback as there was no mention of them trying to fit me in or trying to make right in the ask for confirmation. I am speculating but I am guessing that my appointment DID get booked on the schedule, but under the wrong name. So when I showed up to drop off my vehicle they declined as they thought they had someone else to service at that time. However when the text to confirm went to go out to the number on file it did end up going to me. And that's when they realized their mistake. And instead of being forthright when it happened they tried to save face. I get that mistakes happen. And I was willing to reschedule. But to handle the issue after the fact in the way they did is too much of a poor customer experience for me to want to have them service my vehicle. read more

Drop Detailing fixed the many scratches I had on my car. They were very professional and I am very pleased the results.

No complaints. Hired them to do a full auto detail on a Honda CR-V prior to selling. I've had this car for 7 years and it's never been detailed before. They gave me a call after I scheduled the appointment online and actually recommended a slightly cheaper service (i.e., exclusively an interior detail) to save me money. At the time of the service they did add an extra charge ($20 I think) for dog fur removal, which was reasonable, given that I have a small dog who rides in the car frequently. Actually, partly because of their good work, I've now decided not to sell the car after all. Only complaint would be the amount of time they took to contact me and confirm my appointment after I scheduled it online. I think it took about a week before they contacted me to actually confirm my appointment. And I think they may have also missed cleaning the driver seat arm rest, because it was still uncharacteristically dirty and in the vertical position. But they did exceptional work otherwise and I'll definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I can't say enough good about Blake and his team at Drop Detailing. A pipe above my 2009 Mazda MX-5 carrying asbestos slurry broke pouring asbestos on my car. I took it to the car wash but it wouldn't come off, so I took a rag to it. I might as well have put sand on the rag. The car was covered with micro scratches. Blake and his team worked wonders on the car. I can't say enough good about what they did to correct the paint. Their service is top notch. The swirls are gone and the car looks better than it did new! I also had Blake clean the engine bay and polish the headlights. They also took care of the interior. Solid service and communication. We had one hiccup on our initial scheduled date - one of the guys who was scheduled to come out had an emergency dentist visit (nobody likes emergency dentist visits), but the owner was apologetic and gave us enough notice and options for rescheduling that it wasn't much of a hassle. The quality of the work they did on our car was top notch - it looked and felt brand new afterward! That's exceptional given we're driving an 11 year old car. I'm still baffled about how Blake got my nasty (and well-loved) 2004 4Runner looking like new. Aside from a few car washes and vacuums, it has been neglected for 6 years but abused by snack-eating children and a sloppy goldendoodle on the inside. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is taken pictures before he cleaned it. The transformation was nothing shy of miraculous. Blake and Michuel did an absolutely amazing job on my white 2017 MDX. It's only a year old and I didn't think that I had done too much damage to the paint...but there were tons of swirl marks from frequent washings at Supersonic...I thought I was just keeping it clean. They did a paint correction and ceramic coating and it looks better than new! There were some scuffs from people bumping into the car (I think a shopping cart) and they were gone! The tail lights had a bunch of swirl marks as well that they were able to get out. I decided it would be a good idea to get my Mustang prepared properly for this upcoming winter - and so I headed to a local forum online and found a suggestion to try Drop Detailing. I was hesitant at first because I have tried two other local mobile detailing companies; and was not impressed by either one. Drop detailing, however, was different. In a very good way. Making an appointment was very easy, and only took a couple of minutes over the phone. I got the day and even the time I wanted. Blake showed up promptly and was very friendly, and told me about how the process of applying the Evo Quartz sealant works, and what each step in the detailing process would be. I originally had just planned to have the regular sealant put on, but after a very friendly conversation (no pushy sales tactics) I decided to go for the Evo Quartz, which lasts years compared to months. Blake was very thorough and did a fantastic job on my Mustang, in addition to being very professional and friendly. He even took some very nice pictures of the car afterwards and sent them to me!
