I had put in a request for quotes for painting the exterior of my home with yelp.com. Elitepro reached back out to me on the same day that I sent out the request. Junior, the owner, answered all my questions via the application and didn't insist on talking to me on the phone or in-person, which is what I preferred. I find it frustrating when someone insists on talking to me vs. communicating via email or a chat tool as provided within Yelp. Naturally, I did some research on the company, searching for any complaints or bad reviews. I was shocked and pleased to only find outstanding positive recommendations. I found their website, https://www.elitepropainter.com professional and informative. After all the research I spoke with Junior on the phone. He had provided a very preliminary number for painting the house and again, to my surprise, he fell within that initial scratch quote when he came out to see my home. Within 2 weeks Junior and his team were at my house scraping and painting. They scraped, primed, and painted the entire house within a week. They cleaned as they moved ahead to the next step so that when they left my yard looked as good as it did when he got here. I am elated with the service and the final outcome. We found Elite Pro Painting and Cleaning through a Google Search. This company was highly rated, all but one review was a 5 star ( it was a 4!). We called and asked for a quote regarding external repair carpentry (some clapboards and window sills) and the outside painting of our home. We also wanted most of our ceilings repainted. They were a mess and needed quite a lot of work done to make them right. Junior came soon after receiving our email and we got a quote the same day. Our house and ceilings look amazing. Junior and his crew were neat, reliable, professional and timely. We were so happy with the job they did, we hired them to paint our kitchen (two rooms) and our 60 plus year old wooden cabinets. The kitchen looks like new. Now we just need to touch up the countertops and get a new floor. Maybe next year. Most importantly, if we noticed anything that we thought could be touched up, or was missed, they were right on it and happy to get everything right. This company is very easy to work with.
