Since we were going to spend the extra money for Hardie siding, we wanted to make sure we used someone backed by James Hardie. I'm so glad we did! His crew worked long days to meet our deadline and cleaned up every night. Super nice and professional crew. They repaired quite a bit of rot that they found under the old siding. I highly recommend Igor's Construction. Igor showed up on time and helped us figure out the best plan to address our rotten cedar boards. He presented us with two great options; vinyl siding or James Hardie fiber cement. We chose to go with vinyl siding. We met with a handful of local contractors and not only did Igor make the best impression because he was so knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to us, and he offered the best product at the best price. We had a particular look in mind and because we went with non-standard colors for the trim he was able to help us complete our vision by working with his vendors so everything matched perfectly. The team that showed up to install the new siding was absolutely wonderful. They were so respectful of our property, made sure to tidy up at the end of each day and even opened doors for me when I had to run out with all 3 kids in a hurry. They were meticulous and they took a lot of pride in their work. The end result came out better than we imagined. During the project Igor had excellent communication. We ended up deciding to replace a rotten door leading into our basement. He presented us with an estimate, fixed the door in addition to the siding and kept us in the loop with any other small issues/decisions that needed to be made. We just hired Igor's to install cedar vinyl shake siding to our house and garage in Natick Massachusetts. The finished product looks amazing. We live in an older house and Igor and his crew had their work cut out for them on this job but they handled everything seamlessly and we were most impressed with the follow up and communication throughout the project. They also replaced all of our gutters and outfitted them with gutter guards that are aesthetically pleasing and work really well!
