I have to say, he even found a serious error in our system, where the smoke detectors were not linked so an alarm on one floor did not sound on other floors. This was after an "inspection" was performed and passed as part of the closing process. When he and his associate Rimas came by to do the install, it was a way bigger job than any of us had expected, since our previous provider had left things a mess.
