We lifted the stain immediately with our residential cleaner. Also, when we cleaned the rest of the carpet lots of dirt came up which was surprising after having the carpet steam cleaned. To give Topaz the benefit of the doubt, I submitted a request to their email through their website. According to their website they have a satisfaction guarantee within the first 30 days. Unfortunately we have not heard back from them.

How great are the folks at Triton? They got us taken care of anyway, figured it out, and have been providing us the joy of clean cans for more than a year now. If you live in the area, you know that trash cans and yard waste cans that have other compostable in them sometimes get grimy, attract animals, and can stink in the Texas heat. It sat for about 5 or 6 days before Centex was able to come out for the treatment. But that was because of the 4th of July holiday. He said he was confident that he would be able to get rid of at least 85% of the stain. We were desperate to keep HOA at bay so we were happy with 85%.
