How great are the folks at Triton? They got us taken care of anyway, figured it out, and have been providing us the joy of clean cans for more than a year now. If you live in the area, you know that trash cans and yard waste cans that have other compostable in them sometimes get grimy, attract animals, and can stink in the Texas heat. I've got to add to a previous review. 5 stars is not enough to describe the customer service of this team. For one reason or another our service was delayed. I had inquired about it via text (from their super convenient reminders) and I was called literally within seconds with a plan to rectify the situation. I barely had time to put the phone in my pocket before someone was calling me. These people are exactly how I would want to design it for customer service if I were building a business. Service has been wonderful until recently. I've had two incidents where a follow up wasn't provided. I have quarterly service. During every visit, the labels on the bins should be annotated, but it wasn't today or the last quarterly visit. Was told that it would be taken care of, but it wasn't. Also, since waste management has transitioned to every other week for recycle pick/up, the recycle bin wasn't serviced today. I spoke to the gentleman when he was cleaning the trash can. He said someone would contact me concerning the recycle bin, but no one has called yet. I've called twice, sent an email, and a text with no reply. I will be charged, according to the website, if the bins have contents in them when someone comes out to clean them. If one of the bins wasn't serviced today, then it should be serviced on the next business day or placed on the schedule since I've paid for the year. read more
