She is exactly what I was looking for in a coach; gentle and kind but with a firmness that my daughter needs to help her focus. She physically helps the kids make sure they're doing everything correctly, to ensure they are safe and performing each step the right way. My 4 year old has Coach Kaelyn, who is the perfect coach for littles. She is sweet, patient, and provides a lot of feedback on my daughter's progress as well. I can tell my child is really learning in her class. We miss being greeted by Coach Courtney's smiling face every day! She made every child feel special, and somehow knew every single person by name. She truly cared about every single kid! I can't say enough nice things about the coaches there. I'm really happy with how much work they put in to make sure the kids are all learning to the best of their abilities, and I am grateful for everything they do.

What I am upset about is the other lady in the gym & why I won't give 5 stars here idk her name or job title but as soon as we walked in we waited in the lobby with no one around. Unsure of what to expect or where to go a lady with blonde hair walks in and says " you're late! go inside & take your shoes off" very abruptly. (I looked at my watch it was 0902..we waited in the lobby & no one was there)...I said ok this is our first time here we weren't sure of what to expect. & she rolls her eyes and then proceeds to tell us we didn't put our shoes in the right area. I love all the coaches, especially Coach Danielle who is also the owner of the gym. They strive for perfection in all of their routines. Coach Danielle offers constructive criticism and makes the athlete improve with each comment. The only thing I would ask that they improve is athlete attendance. I wish they were strict with the athletes taking any time off, even if your athlete is injured or ill. The time they spend is valuable to the team as well as the athlete. They can see what is being worked on and hear the improvements to work on. I love this gym and wish them continued success.

We paid $150 for a two person class and after asked if there was a water fountain and she said no but you can buy water for $1. Really $150 and you can't comp a bottle of your off brand generic water?!!! So what to know if she's having a good day ... She has different harnesses some are more comfortable than others. I would not recommend the class if you are looking for fun. I could see it being good for someone who is looking for technique.
