I picked Elite after getting quotes from several different companies, and I'm glad I did. Their price was fair, and the finished product looks amazing. They crew was great! They were very skilled workers, and worked very well together. Roofing is hard work to begin with, but these guys were very hard workers. Nobody was standing around watching the others work. Ever. It was an impressive operation to watch. They were exceeding careful about trash/debris getting into the yard, picking up every scrap at the end of each day. They also ran the big magnet around several times per day for nails. Again, the finished product looks fantastic, and I wouldn't change a thing about it. I was in the middle of a pool remodel. When the old screen enclosure was removed there was some damage to the roof that needed to be repaired before new enclosure could go up. I called Elite Roofing on recommendation of the pool company. (owners are related). From the first phone call to completion of a very simple job took them a month. One week for someone to come out and look at it, one week before I received an estimate (price was high but i didn't want to start process all over again) and another two weeks before they did the job, which took about 5 hrs. Their customer service is pathetic. Kim is in charge of residential. I called her 3 or 4 times within the month for information. This is her schpeel " I'm working on that now and will give you a call this afternoon". Translation: " I don't want to deal with you, I want to get you off the phone as quick as possible and I have no intention of calling you this afternoon or any other time". And don't try to reach their office after 3:00 on a Friday, you won't. However she was here the day of the job to collect a check. We had asked them to match the original colors of the facia and soffits, which are black. They said they would do their best. They brought brown facia and white soffits. I would bet anything they were left over from a previous job even though I paid for them. If that's "their best" then they should not be in the roofing business. Completed job was only adequate, left small peices of wood exposed and there was some bending of the facia. Good enough to get screen enclosure back on track. After job was completed, I again reached out to Kim. I wanted to talk to the person who did the repairs to see if he an opinion on what caused the damage. I asked for his name and contact info. And, just as I guessed, she said," I'll get back to you this afternoon". She never did. I would recommend you steer clear of Elite Roofing. read more

We hired Elite Roofing to put on a new roof at our residence. They came within a few days to begin taking off the old roof. Quite a few workers were here on the first day. This was great as it was raining almost daily and the roof needed to be dried in that day. However, no care was taken in the removal as to what was below the roof. All my sculpted bushes had to be trimmed back as there were large holes in them. An ornamental plant on the front porch was destroyed. (It had a matching plant!) gutters were crushed. One was replaced, another they never replaced and the water shoots right onto the roof where it leaked in the first day after removal and water poured into the bedroom, damaging the drywall and carpet below the leak. The mailbox was in pieces. (It was wooden over heavy plastic.) The grass on one side of the yard was ruined. There were other expensive casualties as well. The worst part was when they lost the check to the suppliers. Now that check is floating around somewhere, subject to ID theft. They did not even tell us this until after a month and the suppliers put a lien on our property because they hadn't been paid!!! When we asked that they deduct the expenses incurred to replace the damage and pay someone to fix our property, they would not budge and have turned it over to an attorney. All because they lost our check and didn't pay the supplier. I do NOT recommend this company to do business with. There is no responsibility for their actions. We are more than happy to write another check for the supplies, but I feel they should pay for the damages that occurred to our property as well. read more
