With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

I paid him $190 (for upcharges he insisted on) then another $25 for him to return to redo the back. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it.
