If you are a music lover of any instrument, this is a need to go to place. I WOULD highly recommend it. I had originally discovered this company years ago and formed a outstanding relationship with the owner, Gordon. I drove over there the other day because I definitely wanted to give Gordon's cause a donation. Gordon does this thing which is called "Guitars for our Troops". He sends out Guitar's to people in the military that are at war, want to learn how to play guitar or some even have PTSD and finding a way thru music helps calm the nerves and chases out some of those demons. Gordon ended up buying his own building and moved to this larger place a couple years ago. As I visit often, I just love to go in and talk to Gordon and see all the instruments although I play none. I went the other day and was very happy to see JP who sometimes works out of there, he does private guitar lessons and was my daughters first and only guitar instructor. Gordon is working towards turning this amazing building into an instrument Museum, I know he will get it done. Our family had decided to donate our old Victrola that has been in the family for years. read more

This place is absolutely garbage. If your looking to get anything repaired by these guys expect a long wait, horrible customer service, and an unfinished product. On top of poor repair service, the store manager/front desk guy Dutch is impossible to deal with. I've been to almost every music store in Colorado and this is by far the saddest excuse for a business I've ever seen. read more

Gordon is amazing. Very rich history in the music business and truly knows everyone. His stories are incredible and his playing is equally as amazing. Go check out the guitars that he has created. Awesome shop with a lot of cool guitars to look at and a lot of music history. I love how it's designed and the people running the shop seem to know what they are doing. Wasn't helped when I walked in which seemed weird for a guitar shop but when I needed it they were there. Also got a few free tab books so bonus. read more

I have purchased several guitars from this store and have never been disappointed. I've always dealt with Gordon directly. He is the owner and the man to see. He knows his instruments and has always helped me find the instrument that best suited my needs. I first went in thinking that I needed a certain name brand of guitar. However, after speaking with Gordon for 15 minutes, I learned more about guitars than I had in the previous 10 years of playing. He really opened my eyes to other opportunities that were our there and helped me understand how to get the instrument that best suited my needs. This review is regarding a keyboard repair. I had made arrangements to have a small part on my board replaced so I brought it into there shop to have that done. 3 to 4weeks into my "repair" They give me a call starting that my board is functioning correctly now. Keep in mind the board had already been functioning correctly; all they had done was remove the old part (leaving my board open/exposed) and tried charging me $125.00 for a cable I could've purchased elsewhere for little to nothing. Once I arrived to pick p my board the past that needed to be replaced was not there. Poor communication! And the salesman Dutch caught an attitude when i addressed the issue. Poor customer service overall! Unfortunate my board is still open and exposed to this day. read more

My first time going to this shop was incredibly unpleasant. I went in there to pick up my amp and was INSTANTLY greeted with the rudest front desk person I have ever met. I believe his name was Dutch, he was very standoffish, abrasive and just flat out rude to me as well as a few other customers in the store. After payment was settled with the amp his mood changed from awful and mean to pleasant and cheerful. Yeah, whatever. Horrible service. I wanted to get a basic setup and small repair done. I waited 2 weeks and began calling them. Called and called for a week. They told me they could not locate my guitar! Was told they we're going to call the repair guy and call me back to see if he had it. They never called me back! Called 5 days in a row as no one would return my call on if they had found it. Each time I talked to a person who told me they would find out and call me back. I never got a call back. On the 6th time calling back they told me they found it and it was under repair. Whole process took just shy of 2 months. Still had a loose fret, but I took else where. They seem like nice people, so nice that I feel bad for this review. But it's what happened. read more

What a great local business! I am still relatively new at guitar and I change strings infrequently. I asked Gary if he could walk me through a complete string change to make sure I am not making any mistakes. He was so helpful. Also - I will be looking at getting one of my guitars repaired (bridge is cracked) and he helped me with this process as well. I am so glad I found this little shop.
