I'm in AWE! Never have I EVER felt so bullied in my life, if you don't count my soon to be ex husband as one. People MAY have had an ok/excellent experience with this "elite" Paul person just because it was a simple situation and maybe no one cared enough to dig as deep as I did. OR, maybe my situation is more complicated than others' and I'm dealing with a heavy manipulative human being who's every action/word/step I always question. Before anyone who left or leaves a five star review roles their eyes, let me please explain a few things. Not ONLY is their a current TRO against my husband for domestic violence pending investigation by the city attorney, but we're also facing many hearings to come for custody, the divorce proceedings, legal fees, spousal and child support and etc. I'm EMBARRASSED to post what my ex physically did to me through photos especially considering how the case is still pending...I'll have to refrain from doing so. Out of mere SYMPATHY for a father and son relationship, I asked for my lawyers to request the judge grant visitational rights 3 times a week by a supervising professional. it was granted. I also said I'd be flexible because my baby is so little it's hard to just state certain days and hours strictly because of nap times and so on. It took my ex who "misses his son" two weeks to find this ELITE place, which is for whatever reason an agency full of stock images and portrays itself as a highly reputable company filled with supervising monitors. Wake up, Paul Andrew Aragon, Sr.! You just need to get certified through a 24 hr course and market your own individual self. You don't need a fake website/business that doesn't exist as a Corp., LLC, or entity. At most it's a fictitious business name alongside a DBA. You don't need all this mumbo jumbo to lure ppl. in and justify yourself! Being in healthcare, I got in touch with an MSW Director who is a REAL, professional monitor (should've just asked her from the beginning)... every detail of the entire process Paul had me go through ONE night before scheduling a visit with MY 16 month old boy and his father, she said was "SHADY!" I did so much in depth research. This guys main line of work is sales. SALES SALES AND MORE SALES. Predominantly in real estate which you can look up on the DRE website and see for yourself that his license for that has even expired IN 2013. SOMEHOW... Paul got me to agree to meet at the Burbank mall at 2:35pm for the following day's visitation (first visit) and just hand my baby to him (total stranger) ten minutes prior to his father's arrival due to the TRO. I said I would TRY my best but he naps from 12-3pm. Paul chose these hrs. because "he had other appts. in Manhattan Beach." I said "This is why we have an addendum that indicates the father can contact me only peacefully so we can collaborate only for these visitational days and hours." I told Paul that I distinctly recall my lawyers telling me, as well as myself seeing on paper, the judge indicating that visitation occur at the police station by me dropping my son off and by me picking my son up from the police station ...he said he saw no such thing and he'd meet me in Burbank. I emailed him that same night and asked him, "What if my son doesn't wake up from his nap in time am I supposed to just disrupt his sleep and rush him to the mall?" Jesus Christ... I mean how much more detailed can I get ppl?! His response was , "per my experience, the judge would like for both parties to abide by what's been ruled as best they can." Mind you, the Judge had ruled for a 1-4pm timeframe. So then why are we abiding by PAUL's schedule and rules?! He himself said this baby's safety comes first during the phone interview. How's me snatching my kid away from his time for rest, which is essential to his growth, safe?! Following I contacted my ex peacefully as I'm allowed to for visitational purposes and expressed my concerns about this individual and his process for all three of us. Him, I AND our son. I said I'd be happy to go through someone else and make up for today's visit being delayed. Sure enough, he forwards the email to Paul. That's when the bullying began! The incessant texts began. All of a sudden he's on his way to police station with the father and I'm feeling the pressure of "are you coming? Hello? Are you cancelling, fathers awaiting response." Well Jesus Christ I take it you finally realize that your Burbank Mall BS was unacceptable? I said, "my child's still asleep!" Anyone in their right mind wouldn't allow this....not a competent father, mother, NOR the supervised monitor. All it essentially came down to was the technicality of the cancellation so he can get Paid!!! BTW! He DOES HAVE A JUDGE ORDERED TRO ON HIS RECORD WITHIN THE LAST TEN YRS WHICH MAKES IT ILLEGAL FOR HIM TO BE PROVIDING ANY OF THESE SERVICES. I HAVE PROOF! SHAME on you! I will highly recommend Paul and Elite Monitors to anyone in need of child monitoring services I am a past client of this company and was recently asked to complete my Honest opinion of their services if I chose to. Well, I do want to tell the public that this company has a high degree of integrity, honesty, and is not swayed by anything outside of what the court orders are and their own policies and procedures. They stick by the California standards of practice 5.20 to the letter and educate both parents what their responsibilities are. I was new to supervised visitation as I had gone through a custody situation with my ex. I didn't know anything about the process and Paul took close to 3 hours of his own time at the intake to educate me on the process and answer my questions. He even spent another 45 minutes on another day just meeting my children and allowing them to get used to him so that when I was gone, they would be comfortable. I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused to take the money as he stated it would not be considered neutral. On another occasion, I wanted to give him a tip because he had cancelled a visit due to my ex being under the influence. He would not take the money and stated that it was not allowed in his policies. I felt embarrassed that he didn't take my gesture of thanks, but he just said that a thank you was enough. I am appalled at any review that is in this column that states Paul and Elite Monitors is all about the money when, in fact, they are completely not all about the money. I even asked about paying for future services ahead of time and Paul stated that he didn't want to take money from me for services that were not rendered. On another visit, I was late in picking up my child due to a traffic accident on the freeway and I tried to pay him for the extra time that he was watching my daughter which came to about 30 minutes. He stated that it was unnecessary as he did not have any other clients after our visit and didn't mind under these conditions. He was definitely in the right to charge the money per their contract, but he didn't. Lastly, I had to order reports for our case and was prepared to order all of them because that's what I thought was required. Paul stated that he could write them up if I really wanted to, but suggested that I only get the ones that I really needed based upon the events of particular visits. This saved me over $800 that Paul literally could have taken due to my ignorance. He stated that he knows that court cases and attorneys are very expensive and he doesn't like to unnecessarily add to the cost burden that parents already assume. I was in such shock that he continued to refuse to take money and just do his job. I had to use several monitors in the past before using Paul and Elite Monitors. Each past monitor had issues with professionalism, ethics, and especially getting back to me with communications in a timely manner. Paul and Elite Monitors definitely didn't have these problems and I truly wish I had found them first before trying to go with other less qualified monitors. I understand that having a Supervised Monitored Visits for any parent can be an extremely difficult situation. Mr. Aragon puts his best foot forward with BOTH parties and is unlike what others say, he stays neutral. I am coming from a standpoint of not being either a non-custodial or custodial parent, yet someone close to a child who is monitored by Mr. Aragon. I also have close dealing with both parents in a very difficult parenting situation. He goes out of his way to help ALL PARTIES INVOLVED make horrible situations as happy as possible. He is EXTREMELY thorough and takes impeccable notes, he explains the process of Supervised Visits, is beyond professional and courteous. He is ALL ABOUT CHILDREN and will help parents with accommodating busy schedules, helping parents that may be in a difficult financial situation and even goes as far as helping to provide neutral family help to create healing and happiness which is so important. He makes sure the child feels not only supported but loved. For the better part of 3 years he has not only supported both parents with parenting advice, but his years of experience as a parent himself in invaluable. Mr. Aragon is the type of person you will find it easy to be as ease around and has more than a kind heart, he also within that follows the legalities to a T, without being stiff collared about it. After interviewing many monitors, I haven't found anyone better, or anyone that is more experienced. I am very greatful for this professional monitor. I have a custody arrangement with a father who is a drug user and he needs a very attentive monitor to adequately assess his demeanour during a visit. Its very important to show a judge the time line of events that occur during a visit since the father compulsivly lies to the courts and submits false documents. I have to cover all my bases at all times due to the fact that when they dont get their way they slander companies, lash out, and find someone else to harass. They have several lawsuits with others and manipulate the system. I feel that our experience with this company was perfect to the standards theyre required to follow, if not better. The supervisor Paul was able to keep our child safe, provide a normal enviroment for their interaction, stick to the rules and enforce them and most importantly document a timeline of events. Once a report was submitted to the judge that the father didnt like, the father and friends submitted false review's about this company slandering them with false allegations and claiming byass. Many people on opposing sides submit false reviews because they do not want to follow the rules, are using drugs, or simply dont want to be caught by a judge for their inappropriate behavior. I just want people to know that Paul is an excellent supervisor, very professional, sticks to the rules and by no means picks sides. He pays attention and gives advice and has good suggestions for age appropriate interactions. I would use this company again and 100% recommend to others. read more

I've dealt with Elite monitors for an extended period of time and I can honestly say that they are neutral and by the book. I have gone through numerous other monitors, have dealt with numerous judges, attorneys, and many more legal things than I ever wanted. The only silver lining in my case is Elite Monitors who documents everything from all parties, from all events, and does so in an organized and in depth fashion. I know being a monitor can be a tough job and that their primary concern is about the safety of the children. Sometimes parents don't want to hear that they are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Paul and his associates from Elite monitors are calm, professional, polite, and neutral... a very hard thing to do when our case has been going on for so long and I have been dealing with court for so long. I'm a past client that used Paul/Elite Supervised for about nine months... If you are seeking a professional monitoring service then Elite should be on at the top of your list. Speaking from personal experience, Paul was very professional, organized, detailed oriented, on-time, and most importantly 100% neutral. Paul explained to me and my ex up front what was expected of him, what to expect during monitored visits, and most importantly what the guidelines/rules are from the time the monitored visit starts and when it ends. Paul's services were very consistent to what was communicated to us from the first time I met him to the last visit. I am not sure what happened with my first review, but Paul has been very professional as a monitor. I am the noncustodial parent or one being monitored and can say that from the very being Paul was very good at establishing a rapport with me and my children. It made the difficult and awkward situation of being monitored during visits less so. I also appreciate that Paul was professional in his instructions and communications. If you are going through this difficult situation of divorce and there is a high conflict with an ex, know that Paul works at making the best and safest visit for the benefit of the children. He takes careful notes and observations without being overbearing. Thank you, Paul, for your expertise/experience in high-conflict matters and professionalism. On reports, he told the truth as it happened not as he interpreted it. I have read negative reviews which seem to show people are upset with the outcomes and perhaps behaviors were reported that were simply observed. I have direct experience with Paul. He is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Paul is an absolute DANGER to children. He Lies everywhere he can. Stay far far away! I was required by court order to have monitored visitation. The whole situation was a very stressful one. My Ex would change monitors whenever she didn't like what was written about her behavior. Paul was very clear about how the visit would be handled and was flexible with his payment options. I don't know why anyone would write anything negative about his service.
