We built a couple of "custom" buses with the kids and used them to go for a "real" bus-ride in the commercial center to give them the "FULL" transit experience... Our concern was, of course, the kids' safety while "driving" in the parking lot... we turned to Designated Defense's supervisor, Russ, and he told us that they would be happy to secure the area and the "bus routes" for the kids. He, along with Zane and Armando did an above and beyond GREAT job, actually accompanying each bus (in all the HEAT) along the full route! He proceeded to take photos of our license plates to "trespass us" anytime we come in the future to feed the homeless there. Our charity is full of veterans helping homeless veterans in Las Vegas. I decided to just take my chances and go in and I'm really glad I did. When I arrived, security directed me to check in at the kiosk. I entered my information and was given a ticket, which immediately reassured me that I would be seen. That alone made my day. The wait time was about 1.5 hours, which I think is completely reasonable considering I didn't have an appointment. I came prepared for that, so it wasn't an issue. I don't remember the name of the gentleman at window 3, but he was so nice, professional, and helpful. He made the process smooth and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I know this office gets a lot of negative reviews about customer service, but my experience was positive. I was there just to submit paperwork, and everything went smoothly.

Out of Order signs do exist.... * appointment for a replacement SS Card was at 12pm, wasn't called until 1:23pm and I was done with my appointment in 2 minutes. They should really prioritize quick visits vs 30+ minute visits...

Their best feature! They have a microphone on property that can talk to anyone they see on camera. Test dummies would be more effective than these lazy rude and incompetent group of characters…read more I was involved in a minor fender bender, literally just a dent in the bumper that didn't even activate the black box, and the security guard on duty claimed she saw the accident which she absolutely didn't and then wrote two incident reports lying stating that I was drunk and the other party involved in the accident was a victim of my reckless driving. This security guard gets paid maybe nine dollars an hour and can't even speak proper English because she's so ghetto, she absolutely has no authority to determine if someone is drunk or not. The fact that she took the initiative to determine decisively that I was drunk and put that on official paperwork that reached my insurance company is on an incredibly different level of incompetence and stupidity. If she suspected drunk driving her job is to call the police ,no police ever came obviously. She also stated I was going 40 to 50 miles an hour which is impossible because the accident occurred only a few meters from where I entered the gate. I have a dash cam and proved these claims wrong however the manager or supervisor on duty his name is Mark, lied to my face, at least 15 times in a row, saying there was no such incident report ever written, instead he made up a bogus incident report authored by someone that I've never seen before with inaccurate information to try and fool me. The level of deceit is incredible and I never expected that from this Supervisor, but he's just as bad as his employees that he mismanages. My homeowners association confirmed there was two incident reports that he is hiding that both contain defaming lies. There's a lot more details, but we will be entering litigation soon so I can't disclose everything. This awful company has been dismissed from their contract with our community and they are not allowed to return due to their poor and unethical service. Hiring this company will cause much more problems than when you started. Definitely look elsewhere for your own good and safety.
