I've had the worst experience with this company. From them upping the price in the middle of the job to missing a window (yep, that happened!) to my rear defrost no longer working due to removal of old tint. After picking up my car and realizing these things, I immediately contacted them at which time they apologized and then explained that removing old tint can sometimes do that. They offered to let me bring it in to get the missing window tinted yet they could never find a time for me to come. After the owner replied to my google review basically calling me a liar stating that my review was the first they'd heard of the issues (I still have our ENTIRE convo on my phone... oops!) and that I was in fact informed and even signed something stating the removal of old tint could damage the defrost (which again, not true. I'd love to see this document with my signature though! If I had been informed then why did he have to explain what happened once I brought the issue up?), I attempted to message them only to see that I'd been blocked! My husband then sent a message which was read and then he was immediately blocked! For a business whose goal is to "provide high quality service and the best possible customer experience by standing by our belief in integrity and professionalism", they did an absolutely horrible job at that!! So, beware, if you have any issues, they won't get resolved!! I now have to pay to get the missing window tinted, pay to get my defroster fixed and then pay to have the rear window re-tinted once that's finished! ***Edit- I think it's hilarious that since I've posted this they've changed information on their page- including the business owner AND BUSINESS NAME. BUYER BEWARE! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I can't let anyone else be victimized by this "business." My wife took her car here to get tinted. In addition to missing a whole window, they ruined her rear defroster. My wife contacted the owner who admitted to both and asked her to set up a time to bring her car back in. Every time she tried to propose a time, he was too busy. He eventually blocked her thinking that it would just go away. I tried to contact the owner to see how we could remedy the issue and was immediately blocked. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way that he is handling this easy-to-fix situation makes his business look like a scam. There are plenty of other options in the area for tinting and graphics. I would recommend that you use one of them. BUYER BEWARE! read more

First install of tints to our home windows were not done correctly. There were jagged cuts along outline of windows and debris under the tint. They were accomodating and came back out to fix these issues but after 3 weeks one window had a very large air bubble that had not gone away. One of the reasons we went with this company was the promise to fix any issues. Now after trying to contact this compnay via email and text he will not respond to come fix the last window. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of follow through and shoddy workmanship. It should of taken one visit, maybe two to complete to satisfaction. My husband had a tint job from this guy, he did a TERRIBLE job and when contacted he said he would fix it. After about a week he text my husband and said he would just refund because it would cost too much to fix, so we drove 30 min to his house to get the money he refused to give us in person and SHORTED my husband! When text about it he said he didn't have the extra money so my husband suggested fb pay and he said ok. We sent the request which he ignored, 3 days later he text my husband and said if he wants the rest of the refund my husband needs to rip all the tint out and take it to him! Are you freaking kidding me!! Avoid this guy!! Tried leaving a review he has them disabled!! Can't even leave comments on his page!! Shady shady POS! read more

Unprofessional! Been trying for three and a half weeks to get windows tinted on new truck. Owner kept moving appointment. First did not have materials and then he was too busy. Sounds like I dodged a bullet based of other reviews. So glad I did not use him. read more

I wish I would have checked here before using him. He messed up my car removing an emblem of my trim took the clear coat off and refuses to refund my money. My brand new car looks terrible now. The tint job is also bad there is string and other debris under the tint. Go to a professional they are usually cheaper and will actually withhold warranty and refunds. DO NOT USE. read more

Please do NOT ever use Elite Tinting and Film. We had our entire house down with tinting for our windows at $1,675. Our front door was a big challenge, however, they assured me they could do the job to get my business. After completing they were supposed to come back and fix it after it did not work correctly. The film is not adhered, and I was told to rip it off and they would fix it. After 2 weeks passed, I received a message saying they were not going to repair it even though the product is supposed to have warranty. "They aren't comfortable attempting and it's too big of s liability." What the HELL? I got reimbursed $68.70. WHAT???? Now I have to fix it and hire someone else to do so. Unbelievable. Oh they also did not respond to anymore communication with me and blocked me from doing so via Facebook. What cowards! If you can't do the job, get out of business and stop telling people you can when you clearly can't. read more
