When I first came here it was welcoming, helpful and eager a guy with a beard helped us and everyone else seemed friendly with smiles, good feeling. So this time my hubby and I went and there was 3 people there an Indian like girl, a white guy who gave shaggy vibes and a white guy with a red beard. When we entered the store we did not get a welcome instead it was looks like I don't wanna help them u do it and it was a guy who we dealt with before in the store. The shaggy guy was the one who sold us the "Magic" in Topeka- so yeah! The other two were stand offish like we entered the wrong store . I am not going to patronize a place that holds back on it service toward me. I may give it one more go, and hopefully they read this and get it together. If things have not improved then I have to cancel them stay tuned.

I want to return it but they said it has to be defective. I think overkill which could kill me is defective in my book. Their staff is knowledgeable and nice. But their house juices seem not to have much flavor like they used too. I used the caliburn koko for a very long time and recently seems like the juice is stale after a couple weeks. Kinda odd. Hope they get back to the old way of doing things and running their business cause this new way is ruining their business. Especially if you have to tell customers that they don't have half their juice or three different coils and 3 different pods one is looking for. Not so juicy anymore. Every employee has been very knowledgeable, kind and helpful every time I've been there. The…read moremanagement team has been very helpful to me in the issues I've had to deal with the vape I bought from there and then them dealing with the big company that made the vape. I have gone to other vape stores in Topeka the last few years and none of them have come close to their service. It's now "my" vape store and I will not go anywhere else. Went here for new juice for my Smok Nord. The owner said all the samples would work in this and to…read moresmell them and pick one. Bought coffee flavor by company called The Grind for $38. Not cheap but should last awhile. You have to replace the coil in the Nord about every 10 days or so. $4 each. With this new juice the coils barely last a day. Went back and the owner told me this juice burns up coils fast so I should buy a bunch of coils or some new juice. No refunds or exchanges. Or apologies. Wow. Didn't know what to say. Lose it or leave. I left. Never to return of course.
