Yes I showed them the device at the time of purchase. They refused an exchange or return as directed by the manager when I came back with the receipt. They then informed me they did not carry the correct replacements. They made no attempt to correct any problems.

It was unboxed on display and appeared fully charged. The charge lasted about 3 hours - should have been a full day. I recharged completely and got about another 3 hours. The very next day, it shorted out and was completely worthless. Gave off a smell like used fireworks. Took it back in and all they could say was "All sales final." I could understand that if it was something I simply didn't like, or bought by mistake, but this was defective merchandise! 0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!
