Went in there and there were about 8 people standing around, talking about the Charlie Kirk death. Laughing about it and saying they could care less. Plus cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional and I will never return to this store. read more

Sold me a vape after I asked about its pod replacement availability. They assured me they had them available. Soon after they sold me simular looking pods replacements but incompatible. Yes I showed them the device at the time of purchase. They refused an exchange or return as directed by the manager when I came back with the receipt. They then informed me they did not carry the correct replacements. They made no attempt to correct any problems. read more

When I first came here it was welcoming, helpful and eager a guy with a beard helped us and everyone else seemed friendly with smiles, good feeling. So this time my hubby and I went and there was 3 people there an Indian like girl, a white guy who gave shaggy vibes and a white guy with a red beard. When we entered the store we did not get a welcome instead it was looks like I don't wanna help them u do it and it was a guy who we dealt with before in the store. The shaggy guy was the one who sold us the "Magic" in Topeka- so yeah! The other two were stand offish like we entered the wrong store . I am not going to patronize a place that holds back on it service toward me. I may give it one more go, and hopefully they read this and get it together. If things have not improved then I have to cancel them stay tuned.

Went here for new juice for my Smok Nord. The owner said all the samples would work in this and to…read moresmell them and pick one. Bought coffee flavor by company called The Grind for $38. Not cheap but should last awhile. You have to replace the coil in the Nord about every 10 days or so. $4 each. With this new juice the coils barely last a day. Went back and the owner told me this juice burns up coils fast so I should buy a bunch of coils or some new juice. No refunds or exchanges. Or apologies. Wow. Didn't know what to say. Lose it or leave. I left. Never to return of course.

BE CAREFUL! These guys sell defective merchandise and refuse to make good on them. I bought a…read moreback up battery for my Nautilus Mini, a Spinner II. It was unboxed on display and appeared fully charged. The charge lasted about 3 hours - should have been a full day. I recharged completely and got about another 3 hours. The very next day, it shorted out and was completely worthless. Gave off a smell like used fireworks. Took it back in and all they could say was "All sales final." I could understand that if it was something I simply didn't like, or bought by mistake, but this was defective merchandise! 0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I want to return it but they said it has to be defective. I think overkill which could kill me is defective in my book. Their staff is knowledgeable and nice. But their house juices seem not to have much flavor like they used too. I used the caliburn koko for a very long time and recently seems like the juice is stale after a couple weeks. Kinda odd. Hope they get back to the old way of doing things and running their business cause this new way is ruining their business.
