On Wednesday May 21st 2025 I had a plumbing back-up at my Airbnb in Joelton. Hiller plumbing came out and was able to determine that the back up was at the Sceptic tank, specifically at the effluent "T". We pulled the screen which was clogged and the system began flowing immediately, When Elitte repaired my system four years ago their workers failed to point out the "Effluent T" was a new component that was added to my system or explained that it needed periodic cleaning. When I called the office to ask how often should I have it pumped she didn't say anything about how to maintain the new system. When they pumped the tank two years later the employee didn't remove the cover to inspect or clean out...so I assumed that it was just another access point that the driver would inspect when needed. When I called Austin that afternoon he wouldn't give me any explanation why I wasn't given any information after repairs were completed saying "I cannot speak to any conversation that occurred that day when our workers were there " I requested to have the owner call me the next day to discuss reimbursement of the $292 cost for the plumber. After not hearing anything for two days I called the office the where the receptionist confirmed that the owner had the message. After not hearing for anyone I called back May 30th and discussed the issue of reimbursement where the reply was "That no one here has the authority to make a decision like that" I asked and received the owners email and sent a message May30. It is now June 9th 2020 and I still haven't heard anything from the owner of this company. I have filed a complaint with Davidson county health department which listed Elitte as one of only two companies approved to conduct sceptic system repairs. Obviously I am disappointed that no one has contacted me even if it was to tell me to pound dirt. read more

Robert is the best! Always friendly & professional. He & his crew have replaced a bad pump, located a septic tank we couldn't find, cleaned out a clogged drain system and pumped out our tanks. They've done every job with care & efficiency & charges have been more than reasonable. I've recommended them to others & would again. read more

Needed help got the run around!! Have used them in the past MANY years ago but no longer the same company!!!!! They have forgotten what made them a "go to" company! They now seem to be only about making money not about customer service!!!!! Be careful and warry dealing with them! The Drivers make up stuff and excuses when they get onsite! The Guy that showed up for our call did not seem to really want to work for his job and when I spoke to the main office got more of the run around and double talk. I have to wonder do their guys get commission or get paid by the job because our guy was not interested in actually helping just collecting money for the company! I ended up calling Reeves Septic Tank Service, who was more than willing to help! I don't mind paying for work but have a real PROBLEM Throwing money away!!! They seemed like I should feel privileged that they took my elderly mother-in-law's money! BUYER BE WARE!!!! I can no longer recommend! In fact encourage you to go else ware!!!! read more

This morning was our first experience with Ellite. Robert, the owner, made a special effort to personally come out, even a day before they had a schedule opening in their calendar, so he could solve our septic crisis. Previously, two other plumbers had come out, but neither could solve our problem; they were totally mystified. But within about 45 minutes, Robert solved the problem! He also did a fantastic job educating us about the multifaceted issue that caused our problem, and explained with great clarity his solutions. His professional knowledge and personal integrity transcends that of virtually any other service provider we've hired in ANY field, he was that impressive. I'm from the city and not use to septic systems. I was completely unaware that your system needs cleaning and with a family of 6 you could imagine how frequently ours should/needs cleaning. And I wasn't aware it was required until mine started backing up into my home. With 4 kids (2 of them toddlers) and myself there was a level of urgency that we get this done ASAP. I called Elitte with no clue of what to do or where my tank would even exist. My husband was injured at work and passed away 5 months ago and these were things he would know and could assist them in helping us. I spoke with Mrs Christie and she explained the process in complete detail, what it would cost and that with it being the end of the day they could send someone out for emergency service if I couldn't wait. I explained with potty training a toddler I wouldn't be able to wait that I needed someone immediately. Mr Robert showed up with another employee (I completely neglected to get his name) at close to dusk, an hour after I called which I wasn't expecting them that quickly. They began cleaning my tank. It was way worse than I could have imagined and almost had myself a REAL disaster. Their level of professionalism is something I had never encountered. Knowing I knew nothing of how it works and now having to handle things my deceased husband would have handled, he walked me through the do's and don't. He explained to my kids what the system did and things they couldn't do. He included them in the most kind hearted way. Even offering my 5 year old daughter a job when she replied the smell wasn't that bad, her just trying to be polite. I know this review is lengthy and I have never written a review before that was positive. When they could have just shown up and cleaned my tank and left just as quickly as arriving, Mr Robert chose to take the extra time to educate myself and my children. I want to thank you for coming to our rescue so quickly, for the kindness and warmth you shown my kids, and the incredible kind gesture you gave in helping us. You can easily just call anyone to get a job done, but if you want someone who's going to take pride and has integrity in what they do, and ensure it's done correctly I would DEFINITELY call Elitte. After receiving a post card in the mail from them stating that the septic tank hadn't been pumped since 2011 which was by the previous owners, I called and made an appointment for 9/18/2018. Long story short the guy poked a few holes in my lawn with a iron rod and dug about two shovel fulls of dirt total time in yard about 10 to 15 mins. then said he couldn't locate it or it was to deep and he doesn't dig anything over 2 ft. Said I should call a plumber to run a camera down the clean out and then get big machinery to dig. The guy spent the majority of his time at my home sitting in his truck talking on the phone. He also told me that they have no record of ever pumping my septic tank. I even showed him the card they sent. Then to make matters worse he has the audacity to charge me $125! I can understand charging for a service call but $125 is ridiculous especially since he did nothing! No I do not recommend! read more

Called them up to get my Septic Tank serviced. They made me an appointment that fit my schedule. The servicemen arrived on time and went right to work. The lead man explained every step of the way and let me know the condition of my tank and how well we maintain the system. He also checked my lift tank for solids and said it looked fine but I'd want to get it pumped next time. They charged me $235 which I considered reasonable. I would definitely use them again. read more

The reason I am giving this business even one star at all, is because if all you want is to have your septic tank pumped, these folks will likely do a fine job. The young men they send out are courteous and thorough. However their business practices in general leave much to be desired. After pumping my septic tank and then realizing that I still had a back up problem in my kitchen sink, they diagnosed the problem incorrectly, and charged me $275 to "jet" a pipe that, in fact, did not need to be cleared. When they realized the mistake. They decided that I would need to run an entire new field line, and quoted me a price of $1700. I agreed. It was more than a month before they could do the job. Not their fault, the rain caused the delay. But when they called me one morning to say that they could come out and were ready to start that day, I double checked on the price with them. Surprise...they had changed the price to $1850. When I asked why they had increased the price, the fellow simply told me, "It is on the board at $1850, I can't change it, and that's all I know". When I asked to speak to someone who was in charge, the person who had decided on elevating the price, I was told only that the price was on the board and could not be changed. When I politely asked again to speak with his manager, he hung up on me, and refused to take any of my follow up calls. The office would not answer my phone calls for days, and I finally gave up trying to deal with them. So, all in all from the first encounter with them until they hung up on me, I ended up spending roughly $600, and still had the same problem I started with. Their rudeness, price switching, and unprofessional practices have landed them on my very short list of companies with whom I will no longer do business. I suggest they be avoided read more

I called Elitte to inquire about getting my septic tank pumped. They gave me an appointment for 2 days away. Not bad. I was given a time between 12 & 4 but he called at 10 and said he was on the way. BONUS!!! I was extremely impressed by the service I received. First my house is rather difficult to get to. The driver, Mr. Gray, had to squeeze between trees and crossties. He maneuvered the difficult drive, backwards even. Then my tank was backed up so far in to the pipe that it was refusing to drain. Mr. Gray cleared the drain and now my water is running nice and clear. I was charged $235 which was the best deal I had found. Also it was drizzling rain the whole time. He explained all the problems I had and offered sensible solutions for some prevention. I am a very happy customer. I will definitely call them again and refer this business any chance I get. read more
