The girls that worked there were sweet and friendly and put up with me and my girlfriends who were in town to shop. They had initial necklaces and rings that I wanted to purchase but I had already reached my limit on what I was going to buy that day. I would make this a regular stop if I lived close by to see what new items they have on their shelves. They also had a large sale section that I did not even go through because as mentioned above I'm pregnant but when this little man comes out I would love to see what they have in store.

We got a bad taste in our mouth and looked around for a minute in the back and proceeded to leave via front door and again we were not acknowledged. Every other store we went in that day the workers said Hi, how are you girls today, anything you need help with, etc. Not looking for anything major if your in the middle of something but a quick Hi is not much to ask when someone enters your shop. On another note - I took a bunch of Loft items in excellent condition a few years back and they basically only took a couple of items stating some of them were out of date (they were not even 2 years old and am I supposed to only wear something a year then give away in order for a consignment shop to take them) yet they take brands like Old Navy and all the Target brands. Would not waste my time going here again.

The clothes are not particularly chic or stylish or unique- it's an overpriced J Jill or Coldwater Creek for the middle aged set. As far as customer service? Meh.. style, uniqueness, variety or quality of stock? Meh.. rye clothes are overpriced and off middling, lackluster style and quality in my book... I could never find anything I'd be willing to buy at even a deep discount other than perhaps a standard issue black tank top, which I can buy anywhere by virtually any design house at any price.. let's be real, a pair of flowy , crinkled rayon loose pants by some random label are not worth $119- and I literally just spotted that very item at that very price. A coordinating tunic/top at a comparable price tag, etc, some boring white tops, a few tank tops, some button down top/tunics that I wouldn't buy and some accessories too middle aged for me are status quo. Price points? It isn't outrageously pricey for the area, yet the prices were too high for what they're offering... As for layout/displays? The boutique definitely is laid out well, but that's about all I can say. The shop is clutter free, clean, well laid out.. If I was a stay at home soccer mom type, who goes to church events and was not into mixing street style with high and low pieces, perhaps this might be my speed, although I doubt it. Even if I was older or had kids, the clothes still wouldn't be upmarket or unique enough for me and I dislike the 'higher end' price tag on items that decidedly are not high end or even mid range luxury. While I did get a quick greeting from a sales associate (some food in the store didn't rate a glance or a hello, so perhaps I should feel impressed), it really wasn't friendly and I could tell by her response that she was totally uninterested if I was browsing or buying. Nothing I saw even looked like something I'd see in a fashion magazine or on a Saks or Macys website. If I want to pay those prices, and I often do, I want style and quality- so I'd rather buy something from Michael Kors and know it's worth the $. Not for me... sorry.. ...

I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian.
