My family and I pitched in $550 for a louis vuitton purse that they swore was authentic and after taking it in to get a lose thread fixed we were told it wasnt a real LV. We then took it to another LV store in disbelief and they said the same thing. After calling twice blessed and discussing the situation they told us they had workers who can tell when something is authentic and that the LV's stores must be mistaken. they refuse to give us any money back and are still telling us that the purse is authentic read more

I had a good experience there today. I felt that the items I brought in were evaluated fairly. Some they took, some they passed. I drove up to Salvation Army to donate the rest, it was a win experience for me. I felt valued and treated very well by all there. I will be back most definitely. Broad range of styles and prices in this consignment shop, well organized and decorated. I was able to find what I needed with ease, and the attendants were helpful without being pushy or overbearing. When I mentioned I was looking for winter boots and my approximate size, one of the saleswomen brought me her favorite from the sales rack. It wasn't what I wanted, but I found what I did want and a cute pair of pumps on that rack! There is an active wear room, racks for children, juniors, and women. I can't recall if there were men's racks, but at least most if not all of the family could shop here. Street parking and easily accessible in downtown Lake Orion. Worth a stop! read more

I have been shopping here for years. I usually walk out with something new. I decided to give back and donate some new and hardly used kids and women's clothing. I was very picky to send only items that were high quality and I would buy. They took a few things and said the rest was no good. I understand the need to be picky and selective, yet they made me feel like I had given them garbage. Be selective but don't treat what you don't want as garbage that only translates to how your customer views you. I won't be back, too many other resale shops that value customers both the ones that buy and the ones that donate. read more

I used to enjoy coming to twice blessed because I like cheaper clothes never for the customer service but the past couple years they've gotten worse. From the moment I walk in I feel like I'm being glared at. Not one hello from any of the employees (it's a small store, they see me, and I'm usually the only customer). Sometimes it has an awful musty smell that makes me want to gag. In my last visit not one person, including the employees, were wearing masks. I felt very unsafe so I left immediately & will not be back. read more

I have been donating my clothes here for a while. I honestly got denied a lot of clothes that where higher quality and more expensive than the ones they were taking.. no biggie. Until I donate a whole tote of clothes and get 10 dollars. It's not worth it. They have okay things in the store but they are kinda pricy. Sometimes you will get a nice employee other times not so much. I don't enjoy it. I will not be donating there again. Your better off selling your clothes of depot or something of the sort. read more

I'm giving this business 3 stars since their selection was pretty good as well as their pricing. However, I was in the store for at least 45 minutes and not a single worker (and their were 3 of them)said a word to me. No Hello when I walked in the door, no can I help you find anything, nada! I used to shop there all the time. Purchased many things. One thing that bugged me was clothing that was not cleaned or laundered. I purchase cashmere sweaters in nice condition but when I got home and put them on it was obvious they were soiled. I brought many high end items in for trade, all were dry cleaned and had tags stapled for proof. I did not care for them trying to lowball expensive articles I could have taken to a competitor, which I finally did afte they gave me pennies on the dollar for items with price tags still on them and I am not talking cheap stuff here. I prefer to donate now, at least it is appreciated and the service is far better. read more

I love this place! When I need an out of town retail therapy session I head straight up M24 and drop in. I always find something of good quality at a great price. After reading negative reviews about staff I would strongly disagree. Ladies in store are helpful if needed and not pushy if not needed. There was some cute stuff in good condition. I had my eye on the Miss Me pants but were a bit too pricey for used clothes for my taste. I did end up taking a cute embroidered jacket. I was recommended Twice Blessed by a friend to hopefully sell a couple of designer items I no longer need. This was my first time choosing a consignment shop to sell, so I only brought one item with me to see if it was worth it. I decided to check to see if my item had sold this past weekend, and waited patiently for the clerk to finish with a customer. She took my information, and notified me that the shoes hadn't sold. I had asked her nicely if she knew where they were in the store, and was snapped at. Her reaction is the reason I came back to retrieve my shoes, and decide to go a different reselling route. I'm really disappointed in my latest experience with Twice Blessed. For a place that defines themselves based on their faith, they certainly do not uphold these values when it comes to customer service. I've been coming here for 4 years now and wanted to sell my clothes to promote local business and I liked that if it wasn't sold it was donated to a good place. I also liked to recirculate my earnings back into the store. I was shocked the other day to learn that I had $0 in my account after donating quite a bit of name brand clothing in good shape (Betsy Johnson & Badgley Mischka). I called to ask them to look into this and after 2 weeks, I finally got in touch with Kristy - the owner. She was very rude to me and accusatory before I could even state my concern. I will not be going back here, as I do not agree with treating customers in that manner. read more

I bought two pairs of designer brand shoes over the weekend - both off the clearance rack. When I came home I did a little research and realized both of the shoes were missing pieces. The heels were missing tassels that tied up the ankle and the sandals were missing a chain detail that had been ripped off the front. Yes, it was partially my fault for not doing research before buying them but they should have been labeled as defected so buyers know what they're buying. Luckily I paid a cheap price for them but still feel a little cheated. read more

This is a cute resale store that is carefully and conveniently laid out, they have an excellent selection of clothes in only the best condition. They have shoes and purses and a nice dressing room area. I got some good deals and i'll be back. read more
