The layout is spacious - you hear others around you but never feel in someone else's space or conversation. Reanna gave me a lovely haircut today complete with styled curls. She listened to my hair concerns, offered options, and checked in throughout to see if the cut and style was going as I hoped. I would definitely return here again and recommend to others. Everyone is really nice here. There's a coffee and water station by the entrance if you want something to drink during your service. There's also lots of great natural light coming in to the salon. I came out with 4 different colours and severe blisters to my head. When I asked the stylist what we could do to fix it, the other girls in the salon came over and asked what the problem was, not taking responsibility for any action. I was told that they did not have time to fix it and was given a colour stripping shampoo to maybe take some of the colour out. Then I was booked in 5 days later to fix the problem. The cut is horrible as well. 1 side is longer than the other. I will never go back to this establishment.

I joked with her that we should've done a before and after. I looked so polished compared to the frumpy ponytail I walked in with. I've been told by many hair stylists that my hair is thick and sometimes challenging to cut. Stephanie skillfully cut my hair.
