We would pay a bill before it was even due. They wouldn't post it for weeks. Despite the fact, they had the check in their possession. They would then send us rude letters, that we were past due in our payment.This happened on three separate occasions. When we complained. Their excuse was that their billing was out of state. There was nothing they could or would do anything about it. Except not to send us threatening letters. The next time, they screw up! I told them, that I would not be using their services any longer!

I was having increasing symptoms for several years and had been diagnosed with thyroid by my pcp. I started on synthroid but after a while was not feeling any different. Constantly felt like I had low level flu symptoms including tiredness, body aches, pain in extremities, intolerant to exercise, increasing respiratory/asthma symptoms. Dr. Ray is really good and equipped to deal with exactly these issues. We started with diet changes which were a big change but worth it and I started feeling better within a week. It was an elimination diet and I later reintroduced several foods though I have permanently cut some out. I also started some helpful supplements. After almost a year I continue to feel better and have occasional check ins at the office.

The layout of the office is very clean with a modern touch. Just remember that the office is street level so parking street side would be better off if you were like me with excruciating pain. If you park in the assigned parking lot you will have to climb the stairs and go to the right. I had excruciating pain going down my right leg so, I admitted myself into Lehigh Valley emergency room. They ran blood tests, urinalysis and CAT scan and found nothing. Nor could they infer anything (young doctor I suppose). The next day I went to go see Dr. Paul and he was extremely thorough with what the root cause was but you have to tell him everything so that he can deduce the proper procedure to recovery. I had a strained muscle in my lumbar about three weeks before and did not think that was the root problem since it only took me a day to recover. But, it turned out it was! I can't recommend enough to try to persuade anyone that this is one of the best doctors out there. I know they are hard to find so, I am definitely sticking with Dr. Paul. Give him a try even if you have a current primary care physician. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

He genuinely wants to help people save their own lives and live healthy as possible in todays world. I truly got lucky finding Advanced Primary Care. Dr. Millman is knowledgeable and down to earth. He has worked WITH ME, in that once an exercise is introduced, he builds on the technique rather than assuming that that I got it the first time. I have seen a BIG improvement in my range of motion and in my ability to minimize my own neck discomfort. The office staff is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate scheduling needs. All in all, Bethlehem Rehabilitation Specialists runs like a well oiled machine. Keri is the best. Woke up the day before my first half marathon hobbling and in pain due to running…read moreon an inflamed tendon in my foot/calf. I reached out to Keri in the small chance she would be able to see me, on Saturday no less, and she was able to make time to come to my apartment that night for some manual work, stretching and taping. With her help I was able to finish my half marathon the next morning (almost) pain-free! We had another session post-race and she really took the time to diagnose why I was over-straining this particular tendon in my foot and equipped me with the stretches and exercises I can do on my own to prevent injury from happening again. It's been about a month of running post-injury pain free and that's all thanks to Keri, so if you're contemplating booking her...just do it, you won't regret it!

They will make Rehabilitation fun and entertaining as well as effective. Kelly at the front desk always has a smile and is happy to help in any way. He has see me last minute when I needed it. He is so supportive and knowledgeable. He explains everything he is doing in a way that is easily understandable and takes time to listen. Most importantly, the plan he created works. I am headed in the right direction. Within a week I felt substantially better. Few recovery trajectories are straight up, I have had some "bumps" in the road so to speak, but Erik has just reassessed and adjusted the plan. (Encouragement/reassurance always included). I almost never write reviews like this. I am just that impressed with the care I have been receiving here.
