Stay away from this practice, especially Dr. Robert Kaplan. He is extremely rude, pushes things you…read moredon't need, and seriously doesn't know what he is doing. He prescribed medicine for pain without considering medications I am currently on, and I ended up in the Emergency Room! Dr. Kaplan is the absolute definition of useless and an absolute a**hole. In addition, the lady that handles Insurance Claims at this office is no better than him, she is equally as rude and useless. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

I was seen at first by a very rude , curt heavyset dark haired Latin lady who interrupted my explanation and didn't listen to my concerns about taking my BP . She asked if I wanted to take a test first and then see the medical assistant or the other way around either way she was very rude and unprofessional. The actual MA was nice but unfortunately the meds. Prescribed were ineffective.I wouldn't recommend this place at this point. And who the heck is Jefferson medical anyway? Another Philadelphia hospital group gobbling up LVHN?

I like going to this facility due to the friendliness of the staff and technician, and I have never had to wait for my appointment. I'm already scheduled for my mammogram for next year, which is a plus, so I don't forget to schedule. They have packets to remove deodorant prior to test, and packets of deodorant to put on after test. Great idea.

I scheduled an appointment at this office, and took a day off of work to make sure that I would be…read moreon time. When I arrived, I noticed there wasn't anyone parked in the lot. I rang the doorbell, but had no response. When I called their number, the person who answered said "no one is in that office today". I replied "what do you mean?, I have an appointment today". He then put me on hold and said that the doctor wasn't in that he had called out, and I should've gotten a call. I replied that the only call I received was a confirmation of the appt the day before. This person never apologized, and as if nothing had happened, told me he could schedule another appointment. I was furious, and just hung up the phone. So, needless to say. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I lost a day of work, and wasted my time.
