Tacos are topped heavily with onions/cilantro and all dishes are garnished with sauteed onions. Squeeze that lime on the taco and top with that green jalapeno sauce for the best flavor. Meanwhile, the quesadilla has a nice somewhat crispy texture with the flour tortilla and nice amount of cheese mixed with the chopped meat.
