Our photos are incredible. Simply gorgeous. BUT I found aspects of our experience just a bit frustrating and slightly unprofessional. It took several emails to get in touch with her to schedule our time slot. We struggled to find the price list for prints and didn't receive it until after our session. Your online gallery is only available online for 7 days. And if you want it longer, it's $100 fee. It's good to get some sort of package otherwise you get completely nickeled and dimed for everything. It's also $500 for 10 digital prints and prints start at $25 FOR ONE. Honestly, we were just thrown for a loop when we got the price listing after our photos were taken. Had we known we might have considered a package. But our session was a gift so we can't complain too much. If you don't mind spending a fortune, go for it. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure you could find someone else for a better price. read more

Elizabeth is not only an amazing photographer, but a wonder person to work with. She is patient, meticulous and creative. We've had several sessions with her and I have never been disappointed. I brought my daughter 2 separate times for Christmas photos and for her 1st birthday cake smash photos. I was not disappointed at all as both sessions were amazing! Liz is a baby whisperer to say the least. Her studio was immaculately cleaned, the props were gorgeous and the end result photos were just stunning. We are SO happy with our newborn pictures! We were scheduling during Elizabeth's busy season so it took a couple of emails before we connected, but once scheduled, the process was seamless. Elizabeth takes lovely pictures but unfortunately her communication skills and follow through are poor. I have been waiting almost a year for an album of my daughter's first year that was included in our contract. Elizabeth has ignored all of my inquiries about planning the album. I have tried emailing, calling, Facebook messaging (she responded saying she would email and did not), web forms. I have been extremely patient but at this point my daughter will be two in less than a month and Elizabeth has had our contract paid in full as of January 2018. Sadly I referred a friend to Elizabeth in the past and she had issues with delivery as well. It is not acceptable or professional to ignore paying clients and not deliver what is promised in the contract we both signed. read more

A few years ago, I took advantage of an awesome special Elizabeth had with some fall mini sessions. We got the most gorgeous family pictures done on an antique bridge with the fall leaves and river in the background. We have FOUR children and she somehow, by sheer talent, the grace of God, or a mix of both, managed to get ALL of them to smile together and took the best pictures I have of them to date. The props she used were unique and creative and she had everything she needed on hand. I recently contacted her about doing a newborn session, and she promptly provided me with all the information and pricing that I needed. Her portfolios speak for themselves and you can't get those kind of images at just any studio. I was a little bummed out when I realized it was going to be out of our budget, since we are going back to one income so I can be a stay at home mom again. I spoke to her today and she offered me an amazing alternative, a newborn mini-session. For less than half the cost, I can get a handful of pictures I love and still stay within a price range I can afford. It proved she's not just out there to make a buck; she really cares about helping out families and making memories for us. read more

Beautiful pictures. Just not happy with the service and the way I was treated. For the small fortune I paid I would have liked more information and for her to email me back. She was very responsive until I had to pay, then all communication was cut off. She just wouldn't answer any of my emails. Went in not knowing what was going on and was very disappointed in her not being prepared. Too bad cause this certainly won't be our only child and she could have gotten a lot of years with our family. Will definitely find someone else who knows how to treat clients better. read more

I contracted Elizabeth to do my granddaughter's "smash cake" photos. The session was in May and I still have no pictures. I placed the order in mid June and my check was cashed the day I placed my order. I have called her and emailed her a few times to ask when I might expect my pictures but I have never received any return calls or messages I worked with a photographer at the end of June to have a family photo session and those pictures are framed and hanging on my walls. While she may take nice photos, don't expect to receive a phone call back after you have already paid her. She only responds to emails for requests for bookings. After countless emails and phone calls there still hasn't been a phone call or email returned back. I would not recommend her services due to extremely poor customer service and non-responsiveness. read more
