My case has been ongoing since 2022 there has been no updates I have lost count on how many times the person tending my case has been changed there is a severe lack of communication with the people at the office I have left multiple failed messages asking for a call back for an update or any information on my case status with all of these changed going on I do not know where my case or I stand. No one has called me. These people need to get their act together they have no communication with the client and seem extremely confused when I call the person who picks up state they have no idea about my case and that they need to get with the person who is taking care of it I ask who that is and they tell me they don't know either I have emailed the attorney as well to no avail I just want this to be over I wish I had not signed up for these services I have lost over 6000 dollars with this people and have had no communication or very little of it if anyone is thinking about hiring this attorney please do your research and look into their background because having I spoken to other people who have done their paperwork with her it has been a terrible experience. Please don't waste your time or money…read more I paid for my consultation here they give you the option to pay $60 for the paralegal or $150 for the attorney. Trying to save some money I thought the paralegal would be knowledgeable however that is not correct. Paralegal suggested that I wait 5 years before I submit any paperwork. She barely spoke sufficient english that should've been a sign from the get go. I emailed the attorney today and she said that he might qualify for the waiver. I have already been told that he could if I can prove extreme hardship. I'm very disappointed this attorney was highly recommended by friend and nearby family. I came back to las Vegas to find a better attorney when I could've hired this one. Please make sure you consult with more than one attorney before you make any decisions.
