My case started in Laredo but I will post this in all pages necessary to make people aware and make sure I do good on to others by saving them from hardship. My case has been ongoing since 2022 there has been no updates I have lost count on how many times the person tending my case has been changed there is a severe lack of communication with the people at the office I have left multiple failed messages asking for a call back for an update or any information on my case status with all of these changed going on I do not know where my case or I stand. No one has called me. These people need to get their act together they have no communication with the client and seem extremely confused when I call the person who picks up state they have no idea about my case and that they need to get with the person who is taking care of it I ask who that is and they tell me they don't know either I have emailed the attorney as well to no avail I just want this to be over I wish I had not signed up for these services I have lost over 6000 dollars with this people and have had no communication or very little of it if anyone is thinking about hiring this attorney please do your research and look into their background because having I spoken to other people who have done their paperwork with her it has been a terrible experience. If you cannot handle a business please don't go into one. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from Yohanna Saucedo and the personnel. It appears they have a large turn around rate for employees because at this point it has been if not 5 more people who have interacted with my case and the paralegal always changes. Now just a few hours after posting this did they get in contact with me and the attorney states she will no longer be representing me. I assume it is because of the reviews I have left. I called this lawyer and charged me $100 and she was rude and not helpful, She gave me wrong Information about the immigration forms and visa status, she made me feel hopeless, and was very aggressive over the phone telling me to fill out a form and pay a high fee when that wasn't the correct form I had to file, after this I realize her lack of knowledge, what surprised me cause she said she had over 15 years of experience and her mistake would got me a denial and a lot of money wasted, not an option for a lawyer. would give 0 stars if possible. My wife and I have had nothing but trouble with this firm. My wife and I have experienced delay after delay and the communication is horrible. I feel the attorney uses her assistants to do all the work and only signs without reviewing herself. We were told our application fees were xxx and we sent a cashiers check. USCIS rejected our application because of the fees being incorrect. How does an immigration lawyer not know the correct filing fees? Second, after our case was rejected, to help speed things up, I was told I could submit a credit card authorization for with my application. After waiting a month, my case was rejected again!! USCIS does not accept credit card payments for my case. Finally after 4-5 months I have a receipt notice...yay until I get a request for evidence. The lawyer Yohana failed to make sure a copy of my taxes were included with the application...another delay. My family contacted this lawyer trying to resolve my father's situation. Yohana accepted the case, "studied" the case and gave my father many hopes! She talked him in into providing her with more than 6,000.00 to "resolve" his case. She accomplished to provide my dad with a waiver and sent him over to Juarez Mexico. We asked her many times if this was secure and she kept on telling my family that everything would be okay that this case has a positive outcome percentage of 98%. Towards the end of the case once her fees were paid her and her employees began to treat us HORRIBLE!!! The would yell at us and at a point even told my dad that he was exaggerating! ..my dad left and due to her LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! He is now out of the country for 10 years! YES SHE SEPARATED A FAMILY FOR 10 YEARS! When we got in touch with a lawyer that had been a Judge for over 15 years she told us that Yohana did a horrible mistake that she should had known that this case was not able to get manipulative as she did.
