Trying to save some money I thought the paralegal would be knowledgeable however that is not correct. Paralegal suggested that I wait 5 years before I submit any paperwork. She barely spoke sufficient english that should've been a sign from the get go. I emailed the attorney today and she said that he might qualify for the waiver. I have already been told that he could if I can prove extreme hardship. I'm very disappointed this attorney was highly recommended by friend and nearby family. I came back to las Vegas to find a better attorney when I could've hired this one. Please make sure you consult with more than one attorney before you make any decisions.
