Long story short, they damaged our furnace and broke our stove because their tech did something…read morestupid. When it came to taking care of it, they denied everything and refused to pay for repairs, while demanding payment for the water heater they installed. My advice? Sue them. Don't talk, don't threaten. Just sue them. Take them straight to small claims court, and slap them with a lawsuit.
