He repaired a leak ; cost $800 and the water bill sent to $36 the following month. the next month the water bill was back to $90 and continued rise upwards of $120. S&J made appointments and failed to show multiple times taking over a year to reinspect the leak, The monthly bill increased to $150 per month. I was charged for time while the plumber worked on his equipment and charged a full day for an excavator he used for about 30m. I also was charged $200 for a helper who stood in the driveway doing nothing. He said the repair was fine and left, Cost $1100. I got the leak repaired by TJ Morgan Plumbing in Claremore.

They "finished" this past Sunday (5/14/2023) & we're HORRIFIED at the lack of professionalism & egregiously shoddy work. Firstly: THEY IMMEDIATELY CUT A GAS LINE on their 1st day of work, filling my entire home with natural gas. Instead of notifying anyone or calling the fire department/gas company - they just kept working with natural gas blowing directly into their faces; risking not only themselves (which is baffling), but my entire home, all my belongings, my pets, my neighbor, her home, her pets.... After that-they should've been asked to leave & never come back but inexplicably, my landlord let them "finish" their hack job. They used MY supplies & ruined them to paint over their lumpy, unsanded, drywall mud around the shower. They pieced together a fiberglass tub install so poorly there are massive gaps where water will sleep in & penetrate the drywall behind it, causing mold & further damage. They then neglected to caulk those obvious, massive gaps in the fiberglass. They mis-measured the tub insert, but instead of pulling it back out & going to get 1 that fit; I now have a 5 inch gap between the tile on the floor & the tub. Not to mention the missing bits of footboard. The paint job they ruined my paint supplies on around the tub insert looks like Stevie Wonder did it. This morning I found trash in my sink drains. Pop bottles, etc. all over my bathroom. They didn't put up any sheeting which is going to be hours of cleaning to remove drywall dust from every single thing that was in my bathroom. They arrived at least 30 minutes to an hour late every day; everyone smelling as if they hadn't showered in 2 weeks. One of them showed up in pajamas. The whole experience was absolutely shocking, & I would never want this to happen to anyone else in their home.
