This company is out of Broken Arrow. I learned that the hard way. I called because my septic was tripping the breaker and they sent a pump truck and told me that all 3 tanks needed to be pumped. The price changed 4 times while they were working and they charged me extra at the end of it all for "extra time" pumping extra tanks, which should've been included in the price for pumping the extra tanks. They charged me $1440 for work that wasn't needed and didn't even address the problem with the breaker. In fact they told me it would be a couple more weeks to look at the breaker issue because they're backed up on service calls. OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED!! Do not call this company- they sound so nice and professional all while they take advantage of you.

Their owner is a stand up guy who is so incredibly helpful and all of the technicians I have met are wonderful. We have had a litany of a/c issues and Sigler has come through with quick turn around and very fair pricing every time. I really and truly feel like this entire company cares about me as a person and not a profit. I will only ever use Sigler for my heating/cooling needs and I will recommend them to everyone I meet. A few of the services we have called them for - our brand new condenser was poorly mounted by a previous company and had quit working. Sigler helped us get a new one under manufacturer warranty and installed it (went way above and beyond on this). They have found several leaks in our copper pipes, fixed them, and refilled our Freon. They have found that our heater flu came detached and reattached it. Our heater quit working and I called them out, turns out it was just a bad filter, but they didn't make me feel silly about the unnecessary call out in the slightest. They also installed a drip pan, leveled our coil in the attic, added additional safety switches, and re did the drain line. I have called them after hours, during hours, at my wits end with other companies and in tears, and on and on. Regardless of time or any other factor, I always get the same great customer service. I cannot stress enough how great this company is to work with.
