The GM wrote me an email stating they would work with my daughter to cancel and here we are six weeks later still charging my CC. Plenty of ethical companies to use close by. This is a great beginner gym, and for only $10 or $25 a month it's a great option but there are better options out there for sure.

After working hard and getting into a good rhythm, I was *kicked out* for... breathing too loudly? Seriously? I get that they want to maintain a "judgment-free" zone, but apparently that doesn't apply to the people who actually put in effort during their workouts. Instead of focusing on creating an encouraging environment for people who are there to improve themselves, they seem more interested in policing how people breathe. It's ridiculous. There are plenty of other gyms that respect hard work and don't treat you like a nuisance for simply trying to exercise. I won't be returning and would recommend others think twice before signing up! I also was not outwardly loud, I could understand if it was drastically louder but it was just a final grunt as I finished my set. Again. Very much acts against a judgement free gym.
