Could use some more machine variety for upper body only upper body plate loaded machine is chest press, would love to see a back focused machine in there that targets the lats. Very clean and well maintained. Gym goers here seem to enjoy this gym and have a lot of repeat members coming to this gym. Upon walking up to the door, we were greeted by a middle aged tan man who told my friend "you have to scan your key fob- it's a law", as if she didn't have her key fob already in her hand reaching out to scan it. He then motioned to me "and your key fob?" I said "oh, I'm not a member I'm her friend" to which he responded "well you can only come during staffed hours, it's 1-7" in a tone as if we should have "already known this". His tone to both of us this entire exchange was as if he thought we were dumb- not sure if it's because we are in our early 20's or what. On her buddy pass card it DOES say "only during staffed hours"- but does not mention what time that is. We had assumed that they would have staff at their facility by 9:30am, as most businesses do. He told us we couldn't come in. Because of this encounter, I am truly never interested in going to ANY gym again, let alone an 'anytime fitness'. PLEASE- have respect for people who are trying to use your facility, I was interested in becoming a member and now my friend is considering ending her membership. Treat everyone with respect.

How did you like it when you did go? It was absolutely embarrassing and extremely poor customer service, to act like neither of them even knew me and to act like I didn't just spend $1000 at their workout studio was downright disrespectful. I keep replaying being in there and I honestly wish I would've said something because that was unacceptable as a manager and trainer. I would never go to Orangetheory again especially this location.
