Everyone has been polite to me but their inability to work their system, update their computers, etc. gets annoying. If you get a different car, expect issues for a couple visits... it took multiple people to fix the computer issues on more than two occasions. It's a car wash, it's pretty nice. It's also a decent high school job for kids... you get what ya get.

They have a large number of places you can park after you get your car washed to dry it yourself, use the free vacuums, etc. The car wash location is always very well-maintained. There is no hard sale to purchase any packages or monthly membership, and there are no railings to deal with when driving onto the moving platform. The only downside is that there won't be complimentary detail brushes or sprays, just the vacuums once you drive into the stalls. If that works for you, bring your own sprays, and this should make up for the inconvenience.
