I've been through Rocket Car Wash a handful of times now, and I'd describe it as perfectly fine, but inconsistent. It's a pretty standard car wash, nothing particularly unique about the setup, and it generally gets the job done. The issue for me is the lack of consistency. Some visits, my car comes out looking genuinely clean and I leave thinking, "Okay, that was worth it." Other times, there are pretty obvious spots missed, which is frustrating...especially at their prices. For what they charge, I'd expect a higher level of quality control. It shouldn't feel like a bit of a gamble each time you go through. Overall, it's convenient and quick, but I do wish they'd tighten things up a bit so the experience matches the price point more reliably. read more

$32 for a car wash and truck is not clean. For that price I should not have a dirty truck. I did ask for the top of the line wash which is bottom of the barrel. I don't not recommend this place and will try somewhere else. Their salesman is so fast to sell you a membership and I now see that they are signing people up for low quality. read more

Would do 0 stars if possible! The wash is mediocre at best as it leaves some hit and miss spots on the side. The dry cloth at the end is a 50/50 chance whether it comes down in time to dry or not at all. The attendant at the front sprays the drivers side windshield of the car and that's it. You will be lucky to get it on the grille for bug removal. Now this is just the wash. We pay the extra amount for the quick detail inside. Now I don't expect it to be a full fledged detail but I do expect them to do what they advertise in their pricing to do. Wipe down the console and dash, vacuum, and inside windows. We went through one day and the inside didn't look like it was touched, so we went back the next day and guess what, same outcome! The works don't seem to care and for $50-$60/mo, do your JOBS or don't offer it! We will be canceling and trying out a different spot! read more

I've canceled before because your teenagers decided to hold the lines to get their friends through first. I'm inclined to do it again, I'm only back because you begged and gave me a few months free. I decided to hold off this time and see what management thinks first. Sunday 26 Oct. a young long haired blonde had someone come though the far right lane and needed to be given the sales pitch. The problem, is that she raised the arm and the rest of us just sat there waiting for the new customer to decide, give all their info and have that info entered, their CC ran while the rest of us sat and waited. Complained to "Joey", who thought maybe canceling again was the best course of action. He then ran inside to tell everyone about me, Chad doing the ol'e on the spray of the windows, and the "neutral no brakes!" spiel can't stop laughing. So, should I check into the competition? Or not? My advice would be, some adult supervision. But I'm just a $600+ a year customer. What do I know!? read more

The HARD SELL lost my business. "A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush" they say. I pulled up debit card in hand, ready to BUY....I asked for the basic wash. "Are you sure?" he staff asked me "Absolutely positive" I replied "Well, you should upgrade to the the blah blah blah" -Staff "No thanks" I reply "But....blah blah blah" I literally put my car in reverse and rolled out. I ended up at Russell Speeder's car wash a block away. NOT ONLY did they offer a free car wash (first time only) but there was no HIGH PRESSURE SALES. I really loved Russells and I will definitely use them moving forward. I WILL NEVER USE Rocket....they are a block closer, plus right next to my favorite grocer (Konark) but they do not understand customers. They should leave the high pressure to the wash and not their sales tactics. Many people HATE that (Look at their rating, an abysmal 2.5 stars?!) Hoping to find someone at Rocket Carwash to help. 3 weeks ago I went through Rocket Carwash Rocket Carwash168/ Maple as I do often, I've been a member for years. Unfortunately, I had the surprise of having my roof rack ripped off. I watched the video of the incident with the manager and the employee responsible. He admitted pushing the wrong button so the brush came down for a sedan instead of a miniwan. I have emailed their claims department. It was denied saying it was my fault. I responded saying the manager and employee both acknowledged responsibility. That was 3 emails ago... no response. I called the corporate office. They refused to give me a contact within the claims department. I asked for the call agent's name. She told me she felt this would go to small claims so she would have to discontinue the call. She did. I discovered when I called back that they have now blocked my number! So. They won't help me at the carwash. They won't take my calls and won't answer emails. I've called the police. It's now a civil matter. They DID tell me I'm not the first to call with damage complaints about Rocket. I have canceled my family membership ! read more

Great place for a wash! It's got a great location that's perfect for anyone in the northwest Omaha area. There's great value and everything is fast and efficient. Prices are fair and the products are worth the cost. LOCATION - It's next to Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee, etc. You enter at the light next to the gas station and go north along that road to get to the entrance. VALUE - They often have deals on their memberships so make sure to check those out. For example, I got a 1 month membership for their Rocket wash (everything you need, best wash, best value) for $10 rather than a single rocket wash for $23. It's a great value! PRODUCT - Rocket Carwash is the best place you can go. They have free vacuums but it's so much more than that. There are fresh clean rags you can use to dry your car, a variety of cleaning solutions and stations next to the vacuums for leather, windows, messes, and more. It's a great touch that really goes the extra mile of customer satisfaction. BONUS - I am someone who likes a clean car, but also cheaper prices. When I was buying a wash (that turned into a membership), I learned that they have an interior car cleaning option. It's about $68 a month and you can have unlimited interior and exterior detailing done by the employees at Rocket Carwash. INTERIOR! That's crazy! I was looking at other interior cleaning options in Omaha and the lowest price I found was about $150 (before taxes). If I ever need this service, Rocket is where I will be going! But for those of you who want to save some money (like me), you can pretty much do everything on your own with the products that they provide. read more

I occasionally swing by this car wash, you know, just to give my ride some TLC. They definitely know how to work their magic, I must say. Although, I have to admit, sometimes they can be a tad persistent when it comes to their monthly services. But hey, can't blame them for trying to hook me, right? Chronically understaffed. Service has deteriorated. The wash won't get the back clean and the person staging the folks to enter, doesn't spray it down. interior tunnel is actually a bargain if you go more than once a month, but its now open 9 am - 6 pm only. the belt doesn't go to the end and folks get hung up around the tire cleaner. when it happens repeatedly, its a design flaw. what is a design flaw is that when a car does get hung up the belt doesn't stop. you just keep marching forward and will hit the car if you dont back up or honk your horn at the attendant. read more

Zero stars!! Decided to try this for the first time. Some young punk trying to impress his coworker tried a pushy hard sell on me three times. I told him all three times I just wanted to try it one time and if I liked it I would return. Sales people that are pushy totally give the sales industry a bad label. He gave me some attitude and returned my debit card. As I approached the wash there was a gal screaming "let's go let's go move forward." I figured it must be like any old school car wash so I scurried forward. About half way through the wash somebody ran into me. When the wash was over, I had soap all over my car and nothing dried. Earlier this summer, I spoke with the General Manager of the 168th & Maple St (Omaha) location, Travis. We pay for the Express Full Service (External & Internal) and have done so for over 6 months. When I spoke with Travis, I explained that on three separate occasions (at the time) we had taken our Jeep Wrangler through the interior cleaning, and upon leaving discovered that various parts of our vehicle had not been cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down, etc. At that time, Travis told me: 1) to be sure to let the guys know to take good care of my vehicle when I drop it off. - My response was that I thought that was what I was paying for and that I shouldn't have to request for a good job to be done. 2) to let him know if it happens again and he'll make sure that we send it back through the service to get it taken care of - My response was that I don't want to have to worry about taking another 15 minutes of my time to cover for something that should've been done right the first time. - He gave me free month of service because of my frustration at the time. Since that time, we have been back through this location about every week. There have been multiple times since then that we haven't been happy, but it wasn't worth it to complain because we felt like it wasn't getting addressed. Today, I took the vehicle through the exterior and interior again. When I dropped the car off in the interior cleaning section, I specifically asked the kid on duty to make sure to vacuum the back because we had just been to the pumpkin patch and it had a lot of loose dirt, dust, etc. Our issues from today: * Didn't take the mats out of the inside to clean them * Still mud in multiple areas of the car * Windows were not cleaned * I opened the back of the Wrangler before leaving and noticed it hadn't been vacuumed, so I informed the young man working there so that he could vacuum it out at that time. * Still has a couple places in the back seat that didn't get wiped off * Noticeable mud/dirt on the inside of the back. I pulled back around to talk to the manager and spoke with Tyler.
