Having played this course many times , in my opinion , the fairways are pretty rough overall and the greens are inconsistent , that is some dirt and various grass types for a putting surface. There are no ball wash stations on the course. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The club house has sandwiches , hot dogs and chili as well as soft drinks , water and beer. Good place for a quick casual round or play it twice to get in 18 holes.

How can you not have fun when wings are involved? Attendees purchase an arm band which provides them with wing samples at all the participating booths. The fans then vote on their favorite all around wing and that vendor is awarded the "king of the wing" for the year. There are other awards that are not voted on by the fans. Some are the best decorated booth, the hottest wings, etc. The sponsor is the Marion County Road Builders and the proceeds benefit ARC. Please check the address because they often change venues.

But there is a booklet in the club that goes over every hole and has pointers with yardages. Very useful. The yardages are also marked at each hole (sounds crazy but not all courses do that!) Water is available on some holes. Bring a cup. Trash cans every once in awhile. Bathrooms available but I would rather pee in nature due to the condition of them. The club is super basic but has a busy restaurant. Lots of people in the bar as well. The pro shop has everything you need. Ladies locker rooms were clean and spacious. Why not 5 stars? On course bathrooms were not good. No rakes for the sand traps. No on course beverage gal (today is Friday). Parking lot includii to big bag drop loop is muddy and not well kept. The place looks scary AF but the course is so nice and I played 18 for $34. Apparently a 9 hole is only $3 less so you might as well play 18. So- go play there. It's well kept. Grab the booklet in the pro shop. Bring some water. Have a great time! I will be back to play again! Thank you!

Located in downtown Ocala its a great fit for this entertainment and nightlife district. Pricing is very affordable and so are the concessions. Comfy seating, good acoustics, friendly staff, nicely air conditioned. My sister purchased tickets for us to see a comedy show and it was great. Each comedian had the audience in tears. Would definitely see a show here again.
