Kelsey, Stephanie and Keith were extremely conscientious in all aspects, from the beginning to the end, to ensure Phillip's memorial service was dignified and personal. They were mindful about all our wishes and ensured affordability, without a "sales pitch". Great local family owned business that has been around for 2 generations. D. Twibell is retired so the home is now run by his son Keith. He and his wife are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Gentle, compassionate, and professional. Everything you could want from a funeral home. I have nothing but positive things to say. Pretty and well kept grounds. Lots of lovely plants out front. Bathrooms are clean. The chapel is really pretty. Plenty of parking. I've attended several funerals here for Harbor friends and have always been impressed by how they handle everything. When my time comes my family knows this is the place who will handle my final business.

I had to chase him down through Chamber of Commerce staff. 3. Kept my laptop, wouldn't return my calls even though I told him I was moving out of state. 4. Contacted him asking him to return my laptop and he promised he would. His promise was made in October 2019 and it is now mid-February and I still don't have my laptop and I will probably never see it again. I would wager that he has sold it for parts by now. 5. Very unprofessional and full of excuses with absolutely no follow through. He is condescending, egotistical and rude.
