First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

Above that, they helped organize the miscellaneous "stuff" that has piled up in the kitchen over the years so I can better go through them for reuse, trash, and/or donations. Besides the kitchen, Jollie and Diana brought in reinforcements in the form of another 3-person team to tackle our hallway bathroom because I still had time on the agreed upon length of time. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. Also rolled up my carpet - unvacuumed! They then decided to charge me an extra $50 WITHOUT MY CONSENT because their lazy maids were too slow. Oh and they broke a drawer in the refrigerator. Typical LA experience. Be grossly incompetent, charge 3x what the going rate is in any other part of the country, and then stand proudly with your hands on your hips.
