They communicated their arrival time and followed up after to check in. You can tell they are thoughtful and care about their clients. As someone with a busy working schedule I greatly appreciated this. 2.They did an excellent job and took their time. Our home is 750 sq ft and they got into ever ledge and baseboard. 3. I liked that they walked me though the house and details they focused on after they finished. Where do I begin? I'll give the short story. I had multiple issues with this company the first one…read morewas the the cleaning I had some issues with the floor and kitchen island not being properly clean I reached out to the company a week or later or so as I have an extremely busy schedule. For that reason I'm not able to take calls very often. I am able to be contacted via text or email and I respond back in a timely manner. The next day I made it clear I could not receive calls and best way was via text. I still got a call. Here's the thing my major issue wasn't so much the cleaning it was minor. The major issue is the way Celene communicates: she is very passive aggressive and condescending via text. She is also very aggressive when it came to getting me to sign up for re occurring services.

Safe spray was very accommodating with booking an appointment for Sunday afternoon because I obviously didn't want to have my family go back in the house until it was disinfected, and the open house was Sunday and didn't end until 4 PM. David showed up, explained everything in detail of what they do, how it's done, and after taking a look around he went right to it and was done in about 45 minutes.
