These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I scheduled a follow-up appointment at the front desk and asked the receptionist to email me an estimate for the procedures. She took down my email, but I never received anything. That's a pretty basic step--no one wants to be blindsided by a big dental bill without a heads-up. I tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times to follow up, but no one ever responded. The admin side of this practice seems completely disorganized. After many failed attempts, someone finally picked up--and to my surprise, it was Dr. Greenbaum himself. Honestly, it's not a great sign when the head dentist and owner has to answer the phone at a supposedly busy office. Rather than addressing the issue, Dr. Greenbaum questioned why I left my previous dentist if he was so great--after I mentioned I'd never dealt with anything like this before. For the record, it was because my insurance changed--but that's beside the point. The issue is that the administrative team here is unresponsive and unreliable. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

They were able to resolve my pain from a botched, veneer and crown replacement. I had chosen them for the options of sedation in case I felt they needed it, and just knowing that they were so sympathetic to people who are nervous about treatment, helped to keep me calm. After six weeks of horrific pain, the root canal they did finally put me back on the right track. We are now working together on my Invisalign journey, and I couldn't be happier. They are very responsive with questions, never dismissive. The entire staff and providers are patient, and answer all questions thoroughly. I recommend them to anyone.

After talking to dentists in my family (my uncle is practicing and my brother-in-law will be soon), we determined that Deborah Tabb is simply trying to bill both the patient and insurance for as much as possible. In addition, she is smart enough to avoid damaging her ZocDoc rating. Her technique was to cancel the appointment I booked for her through the ZocDoc, and then affirm the appointment when I called in.

From the moment you step through the door the receptionist, Anna, welcomed me with a big smile and offered me a tour of the facility. This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The doctor that came to see me after my cleaning was done was also very nice and attentive. The facility is neat and accessible. Plenty of paid parking all around the building.
