I love this store. The employees are always helpful and fun to talk with and the selection is great. They have so many cute things and plenty of room to really see everything. I was in the area to go to a newly opened store in the Wiregrass mall when I passed the sign and realized that the store was still operational. This was a pleasant surprise because all of the ones that I had known near my home had closed The lady at the register was very kind and pleasant to speak with....as well as being very informative and knowledge about the Wesley Chapel area. (I apologize for not knowing her name, but she was short in stature like myself with dark hair and said that she had been living in the area for about 30 years.) I appreciated the information from her as well as a catalog with upcoming ornaments because I am an avid hallmark ornament collector. It had definitely disappointed me to know that I couldn't just walk into a store and pick out ornaments after the closures. But I was happy to know that I can still order ornaments and that this location is still open. They have a vast selection of cards and gifts! I've always loved Hallmark and I'll definitely return when I'm in the area. Woohoo! read more

I like checking out card shops. I love greeting cards and you just never know what you might find. This little shop was much the same.. lots of cool cards and stationary and in the back a great collection of gifts. Some awesome deals on clearance too. Some of it was "out of season" but seasons come right around again, so I was able to pick up some Halloween gifts (Yes, I give Halloween gifts, don't you?) that will likely be given as birthday gifts. ;) for a really good price! read more

Out of the few Hallmarks store left around my area, is great to have one close by ,but the employees working are very grumpy and not very friendly. Their attitude and friendliness are on the negative side. A customer service training might spark more sales but, in my case,I rather go online than shop at this store. I like to sponsor the local stores but they need to have better interactions with the customers. read more

I was at the store on Nov 23 no greeted or asked if we needed help. Which was fine, it was a busy day. I found a few ornaments I wanted & 1 being a legend of Zelda keepsake ornament. I asked if they would sell the display and the lady working said the had to wait to sell the display til the 1st of Dec. I said ok and purchased a different ornament that day. I checked online and called around every store in our Surrounding areas and no one had them any longer including their displays. Apparently other stores will sell you the display early. So by Monday I called the store back and asked if they still had it and would sell it. The lady said she did still have it but would not sell it again. I called back Friday the 30th to put it on hold to buy by on the 1st only to learn the ornament had been sold! I told the guy I spoke with they told me a few times they were NOT selling it until the 1st. What was the point of waiting if they were going to sell it whenever? I was really upset. I would rather drive to a Clearwater store if that's the customer service you receive at this store. Which this store is a drive for me anyways since I live in Lithia. Every other store person I spoke with had amazing customer service and was very helpful. This was truly disappointing. I wanted the ornament for my son who's in the service and won't be home til Christmas. read more

Friendly ladies working- very helpful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Very, very small selection of Willow Tree, as well as teachers gifts. It is the smallest Hallmark I have ever been to, so their selection, looking around the store, was limited but I was able to purchase a couple of small trinkets to include in the larger gift bag. The friendly service will have me return one more time to see if I can find a gift in the future. read more

This is such a wonderful shop. Henrietta, the manager, was so kind and helpful. There were so many cards to choose from. If you go elsewhere, you might find only a few styles of cards per category. Not so at this gem! The card selections are superior, but there are also many gifts and collectibles to peruse. You will thank yourself for taking the time to drop on by. read more

As a family we use to go to Hallmark all the time. Unfortunately the products and Christmas ornaments are not as nice as they were. I wanted to carry on a tradition and bought a MINI train ornament for $22.00 for my father, in which I was to receive a $5 coupon on my next purchase. It sounded like a good deal but I was unable to use it until the next day. So I brought back one of the items I purchased and was to buy it again to use my five dollar coupon. It seemed like a fair deal, I stated I was going to do this and all was well. Instead I received a nasty attitude from the woman at the register and was given a hard time. I ended up leaving disappointed especially after spending $50.00 there the day before. Guess it was too hard to honor a $5.00 coupon, I will not be back. read more
