Pottery

This place is awesomeee!!! I will say that I think that it's on the cheaper side of activities which involve pottery, but I love the freedom to pick a set of pottery. I enjoy roaming around the paint and sponge area, and the staff never rushes you. They patiently give you the paint, and they're never frustrated. I love the cafe as well and the unique drinks that they serve here. I will say that tables do fill up sometimes so I would call ahead to see if there are tables open. It takes a while for a table to open up.

We went with a large group of friends and you will just love this place ..from the Coffee Bar and pastries to try while you are having fun...they have an extensive selection of things to make and are super helpful with everything...what a nice thing to do outside the box!

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me and my two small girls as we made a gift for their mother's birthday. Would highly encourage for any family to have a fun afternoon with something unique.

This is a great little spot of you want to have a nice little chill Saturday. Painting ceramics and drinking coffee. This was my first time visiting YDTD but I was intrigued because my daughter loves to paint. Once you enter you pick out your ceramic, your paint, your paint brush then proceed to paint just that easy. The customer service was good had no complaints. Everything went great! Once your done painting you have to come back at a later day and pick up your painted items

Love love love. I feel like there aren't many places in Tampa that when you walk through the door you can feel your worries melting off. There are so many bisques to chose from and the shop has very cleverly set examples by the pieces to get your creative juices flowing. Even the coffee bar serves their foods and drinks on hand painted pieces. Which brings me to the beverages... they're tastier than Starbucks or Dunkin. They have daily deals for discounts, be sure to check those out. I'm attaching some pictures from my Mom's bday when we surprised her by going here. She had never been and was like a kid in a toy store when she realized we were there for phase 2 of her bday celebration, it was such a great memory. After you paint your pieces they glaze and fire them for you and they do it really quickly! I've never waited for than 3ish days for a pickup call.

We came here for Valentine's Day. Had to make a reservation but usually they told us it's walk in. They had set up a little thing for us for valentines! It was a nice touch. we ordered some drinks while we painted. Only downside was that we didn't have enough time. That was our fault thought as we didn't think it would take us longer than an hour. We got there about an hour and half before closing so we had to rush. But the staff was very friendly! Hope to come back to make more items!

We had a great day for a family friendly bachelorette party to celebrate our cousin's upcoming wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were WOWED! This location is large, spacious and artsy. It has tons of pieces to choose from and I am pretty sure everyone will be pleased. I think they stand above their competition by having their expansive coffee bar and their fast and friendly service. In less than a week, our fired pieces were in our hands. I was deciding between a 4 and a 5 star review, because this is a pricey, but fun day. However, I went for the 5 because everyone had fun and I can't wait to visit again!

When ordering, was told they had no pork, which goes on their Cuban Sandwich, the "award winning" sandwich they are known for. Not sure how this happens when it's your "thing". Took over an hour to get food. The side salad was not good. It had lettuce, a few shaved carrots, and that it. The burger and chicken cordon bleu sandwich were good. The parking is very funky, water to walk to. If homey is what you are looking for for this is the place. I prefer outside cafes and enjoying the sunshine. The inside of this home is pretty cramped, nowhere to stand while waiting for drinks. If one of the employees actually told me I could wait outside and they have a window they can call your name and give you your order that way, that would have been stellar customer service. Also know that if you would like a nice ceramic mug like I do, they won't ask you for here or to go, they will just give you a paper cup. I asked if they ever make drinks in mugs and the kind gentleman said yes if you are staying inside. He didn't ask so I didn't know. Miscommunication problem here on the business side. But whatever. The outside could be more pleasant and comfortable and almost return business from me if they actually had their employees CLEAN THE OUTSIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS! It wasn't enjoyable to hunker down with a table full of bird shit, ( I love nature and ima free hugger) I tolerated it to try to enjoy the I e vanilla latte. I asked if they use real extracts or puréed pumpkin as most establishments just use simple sugar syrups and I was hoping g that because they weren't big corporate chain they would strive for less processed especially because of the price of their drinks. There seemed to be a lot of downtime after a rush so there's really no excuse for not cleaning up crumbs or bird shit off the surfaces where their customers are supposed to eat and drink. For me to return here, I would really love to see clean outside, one more shade screen they don't cost much, and more hanging plants and flowers on tables or plants in general would make this space beautiful, add some bamboo for privacy and voila I might show up again. For now, I'll stick to businesses that stem e not only for friendly customer service but a clean environment as well. Bummer wanted to support local. Quemaria coffee does it right!!!! Boho but clean and nice global music playing, that would be nice here as some peoples conversations are loud. Something to drown out the traffic as well. They could add a few more tables just purchased from thrift store. I wanted to LOVE but this place is probably best for students that don't have higher expectations.

You'd never guess busy Fowler Avenue and all those shiny new businesses are just steps away. This is free-spirited, relaxing and zen. You can study here, chill-out and reset. I had the pistachio matcha with strawberry cold foam and a spinach/feta pastry. Both were good choices. You can order at the register or from a QR code and they'll call you to come get it. It's so casual and laid back. This adorable hangout would melt away any work frazzles I could possible walk in with. I love the low ceilings and the vintage hardwood floors and the slouchy couch and the eastern light streaming in the front window of this older, repurposed home. There's original artwork everywhere, including the ceiling (some of it's for sale). There's also a rack of clothing items, jewelry, scrunchies and other items for sale. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.
