However, they were not able to relieve the pain in my back and I was forced to go to a different chiropractor who was able to help me. My two biggest complaints however are: 1) they had me walking around the office (from exam room to exam room) without my shirt on. I wasn't upset by this for myself, but when I found out they did the same to my wife (in her bra) I was furious. 2) they have an inaccurate and desperately useless accounting department. They were unfriendly when it came time to address payment and were quick to take actions that could have been avoided with a phone call and some direct communication. It was disappointing and my family will not return to this establishment. I have found another chiropractor more suited to my physical needs, and with better patient care.
