Dr. Mandi at Drummond Chiropractic has been my chiropractor for the last several years. Though I have also seen some of the other doctors when I've had an emergent need and Dr. Mandi wasn't available. The office is clean, the staff is professional, they all know what they're doing and they do it well. Also, they are extremely timely. If your appointment is at 1 o'clock, you're going to see the doctor at 1 o'clock. I've only had a few instances with the doctors been running five minutes late but it's because the patient before me perhaps had extra needs. This is also extraordinary. They don't stay within the confines of their 15 minute appointment, they give you extra time if your body requires it. Give them a try you certainly will not regret it. read more

I came here on the basis of all the positive yelp reviews. I have not had chiropractic care before but was willing to give it a try because of an acute lower back condition. They matched me up with "Dr. Henry," who apparently is the newest and least experienced member of the team. I gave a detailed description of my problems. He put me on the table and did two or three adjustments that caused some pops but did not hurt. I guess that's a good thing. But then he did some procedure that caused me sharp pain in the exact spot that was troubling me.It aggravated the condition I had come in with, making it the worst it has been and far worse than it was when I walked in. I could barely get up from the table without sharp pains. The chiropractor could not tell me anything except that the SI joint had an awful lot of inflammation, which of course I had already figured out for myself. It was so bad I had to go directly to an urgent care clinic, where they prescribed a muscle relaxant and a prescription anti-inflammatory. I don't know exactly what happened, but everything I have read about chiropractic suggests that that sort of thing is not supposed to happen. The manipulations are not supposed to hurt, certainly not cause sharp pain, and you are certainly not supposed to stagger out feeling in far more in pain than you were when you walked in. It was my impression he did not take enough time to do a careful and thorough examination and assessment before jumping in and starting manipulations. read more

I have always had headaches and lower back pain, but would take some medicine and go on with my day, hoping the pain would eventually subside. Dr. Henry's thorough explanations and attention to detail lead to proper adjustments and almost immediately relieved any head/neck pain I was experiencing. When I became pregnant, Dr. Mandi shared her knowledge with me on how to help my body prepare for labor. She showed me stretches and helped me realize my body can handle pregnancy and the birthing process. She explained what she was about to do and how it would affect my body now and through labor, then would perform the adjustment. Chiropractic care is a controversial practice, and everyone should be aware of the risks of adverse reactions. I saw a practitioner here maybe 4-5 times for some low-grade back and neck pain. After my last appointment, my back seized up excruciatingly over the next hour. The last 6 months of my life have been hell as I've been shelling out money on urgent care, physical therapy, and painkillers for severe back spasms that were not present before I tried chiropractic care. I am 26 years old and my back should not be in this state. I believe the clinician did her best, but chiropractic care carries significant risks that can't always be predicted at the outset of treatment. If it works for you, great -- but if it doesn't, or if it makes things worse, please know that your experience is not uncommon. read more

I'm a regular so I go ~ every 4 weeks as something always tends to get out of place or it is a "Doc, it hurts when I do this..." kind of thing. Usually an adjustment will bring me back to normal and then I'm out the door feeling like my new self. Dr Henry has been giving me care for ~ 2 years now and he nails it every time..... You have to understand some things will need multiple visits to "fix", but usually after a session w/ Dr Henry, the pain is significantly diminished, the joint movement restored and it you can make it to the next appt without suffering constantly until whatever ails you is fixed. I have been treated by Dr Karen, Dr Mandy and Dr Henry....they are all very knowledgeable about human anatomy, how the body works and are masters of their chosen arts......do yourself a favor and let these folks take your pain away. read more

Needed to see a chiropractor for a hurt back. Even though I had seen them in the past I was charged the large first time patient fee again. The Dr I saw didn't update my information or ask any question about change in health/ spine etc they just did a quick ( and painful) adjustment. I went back a second time in hopes that it would be better but again it was not. The receptionist was very unclear in explaining why I was charged so much both times. By far the most expensive adjustments I've ever had and the most ineffective. I really felt almost scammed by the amount I was charged and the cold treatment I received. read more
