They worked with my schedule whether I needed to be there first thing in the morning or late in the day. When I missed an appointment, they would call and hold me accountable! This place is filthy. It smells like urine. My grandma needed to be changed out of the adult…read morediaper, somebody was told, and nobody came for an hour. The person that finally did it was rough. There's huge cracks around the area where they wheel people in. There's a wall railing that's not properly screwed in. The table they gave my grandma was rough enough around the edges that if she had moved her hand or arms wrong she would have scraped herself. That table also adjusted if you so much as touched it. We forgot something when we had her discharged and when I went to pick that stuff up the next morning, the lady at the front desk didn't even know she was gone. I grabbed the stuff out of her room and the bed was exactly as we left it. I would share pictures of the filth if I could share pictures on this review. The area outside is trashy. They also kept it at a boiling 78 degrees. My grandma who is always cold was complaining of being to hot. Mobody mans the 2nd floor desk in the evening. Nobody did any rehab assessments while we were there (we were there for 6 1/2 hours).

Stephanie runs a very efficient office and Jon is an exceptional PT specialist. He goes above and beyond to ensure the healing needed is realized by the patient before completing the program. I am now scheduled for subsequent back surgery on 09/14/22 and will be using Sport PT services once again as directed by the doctor. Bottomline: If you need PT give them a call and expect to be very happy with the results.
