Awesome location, only minutes to walk to downtown. We walked to the brewery and a few bars in town. You walk right into a large dining and kitchen area,with two refrigerators close by. Plus the kitchen is stocked with all sorts of appliances microwave, toaster,coffee pots and dishwasher so you don't have to pack yours. Right off the kitchen is a two large connecting sitting rooms and a game room with a ping pong table. There is so much room to hang out, play games and watch TV. Upstairs are all the bedrooms four in total. (4 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches), One bedroom with two twin beds, one room with a king and a twin, another room with a double a twin, the last bedroom has three twins and a set of bunch beds....lots of places to sleep. Two bathrooms upstairs and one on the main floor. The decor is everything from 1800's, to modern day pop culture. The sitting rooms are old fashion with lots of history and black and white photos. The dining room has all sorts of presidents pictures and knickknacks. The you have photos of Lady Gaga all over a bedroom. So much random things through out the house. But the large outdoor covered deck was our favorite place to hang out. Cool breeze and lots of seats! There is also a large wrap around front porch, great for people watching. We all had a blast staying here, so much room for all to hang out and sleep. The only down fall is the parking. Small driveway, only fits four...just make sure you carpool.

Last year, we had multiple fruit loops stuck to our shower curtain.. Like neon green cereal (I get things can be missed but this was so obvious) This year, someone's used contacts were in the same shower & also candy wrappers / garbage under the beds. The lights in the one bedroom just didn't work. It's humorous at this point. This place is such an ideal location, which is why we continue to come back, but the hotel is in serious need of renovations & a new cleaning crew.

They have an amazing pool area where you can purchase day passes for 20 bucks per adult and kids are even cheaper. They also have summer passes. I was told you have to book it the day before for weekend day passes but during the week you may be able to do it last minute. The servers from the restaraunt come right up to your lounge chairs if you want to order drinks/food. You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol but we brought our own food and no one yelled at us. I will say it was difficult to find 5 lounge chairs together so maybe plan to get there early if you have a big group and it's the weekend.

But the rooms had little insulation, the thermostats almost impossible to manage, and the wifi awful.
