Awesome location, only minutes to walk to downtown. We walked to the brewery and a few bars in town. You walk right into a large dining and kitchen area,with two refrigerators close by. Plus the kitchen is stocked with all sorts of appliances microwave, toaster,coffee pots and dishwasher so you don't have to pack yours. Right off the kitchen is a two large connecting sitting rooms and a game room with a ping pong table. There is so much room to hang out, play games and watch TV. Upstairs are all the bedrooms four in total. (4 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches), One bedroom with two twin beds, one room with a king and a twin, another room with a double a twin, the last bedroom has three twins and a set of bunch beds....lots of places to sleep. Two bathrooms upstairs and one on the main floor. The decor is everything from 1800's, to modern day pop culture. The sitting rooms are old fashion with lots of history and black and white photos. The dining room has all sorts of presidents pictures and knickknacks. The you have photos of Lady Gaga all over a bedroom. So much random things through out the house. But the large outdoor covered deck was our favorite place to hang out. Cool breeze and lots of seats! There is also a large wrap around front porch, great for people watching. We all had a blast staying here, so much room for all to hang out and sleep. The only down fall is the parking. Small driveway, only fits four...just make sure you carpool.

She took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for and showed us several options that could fit the bill. When we found the perfect location, she helped us negotiate a fair deal. She also stayed in contact with me throughout the closing process and followed through with the closing attorney. I felt like she was on our side from start to finish. As we look to expand in the future, I will definitely look to her for finding the next perfect location.

The rest stops on I-86 are spaced quite weirdly and awkwardly. If you miss it, you will not come upon one for a long time. Or, you will find one that you can circle around to, but have to go miles to find an exit to head back the way you are going. Out of all the rest stops I have been to this one was on the verge of beauty while still feeling like just a roadside stop. From the outside, it looks bland. But once you enter you feel as if you just entered a library. The stained glass window really threw me for a loop. When the sun is hitting that window, it gives this place a grand feel. The day we ended up here it wasn't really staffed. There is an area for state police and one for information. Both of those had their kiosks closed off. But there was plenty of brochures for things to do in and around the area. They also had plenty of vending machines. Outside, plenty of areas to take in a meal if you brought it with you. Some small trails to roam about if you want to. While we were outside my Dad somehow was able to find the one sole employee that worked here that day. We hadn't seen any maps inside, but the guy said they have them, but must have ran out on the displays. He didn't have to go find one, but he was kind enough to do so.

The grounds were clean and the hookups were good. They have a "rec room" but it literally made us feel like we were walking into someone's apartment. There were blankets and other items "stored" in one part of the room. Even the fridge included someone's food. The price was low and we were able to get into Ellicottville within 15 min. With the exception of one photo of the "rec room", I forgot to take pictures.
