New carpet, and a smaller (on purpose) selection of quality items. As far as second hand shops, this is the best I've ever been to. Their book selection alone is enough to make your visit worthwhile, tons of great Indie finds if you're a hipster (saw a 1983 WVU Rose Bowl shirt I was dying to get but it was too large for me), and then some high end items as well. The management is helpful and you'll always find friendly service. One of Garret County's best spots!
